From the very beginning, Meg was our point of contact. She was very professional and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, which made planning so much less stressful. Our lead photographer was Kevin. We met at our engagement shoot where he made us feel completely comfortable (we can be quite awkward!). The engagement photos came out beautiful and people loved our save-the-date photos! The wedding day was super hectic but Kevin was super PRO with handling the chaos. Dan was also great as our second photographer -he is always smiley! They were calm, reassuring, and knew exactly what they were doing. The photos are absolutely stunning, beautiful, light and airy. They made the engagement shoot extremely easy, providing a list of recommended shooting locations and even scoped out the perfect area for us based on our request. On our wedding day we were worried as heavy rains were forecasted. The team did a great job of scouting out the area and giving us plan B's and plan C's in case we needed alt shooting locations. The photography was amazing and did a great job of helping us keep our energy up while keeping everything relaxed. The photographers were so creative with different lighting effects and camera angles despite not being familiar with the new wedding venue we chose. We feel they certainly got the best photos possible and were great with making accommodations for requests during the ceremony and reception. Amanda quoted my husband and I "about 2 weeks" turnover for our newborn photos, but it actually took over a MONTH for her to send them. We wanted to share our baby's photos with family at least by her 2 months (it was a 1 month photoshoot), but nope, no photos from Amanda and no word nor response to follow-up emails. She is also extremely slow in responding to messages. Why do I have to keep following up? We paid a good deal of money and even tipped her. Super frustrating. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone looking to get milestone photos turned around within a reasonable amount of time. When she finally responded, she still lagged with sending my photos. And when she finally sent the photos, she didn't even include the bonus pictures of my newborn's hands and feet that I was supposed to receive for paying in cash. Of course, Amanda didn't bother to respond when I asked for them. Although we purchased a discounted first year package, I won't be contacting her again. There are so many other great photographers out there that wouldn't make you wait so long for your photos. Look elsewhere.
