I hate giving bad reviews but this is the 3rd year R&S has opened my pool with consistent issues…read more (they close it as well). So third strike.. I've gotta find someone better!! We never see the same techs returning. And we've had issues every single year. It's like they hire new guys each summer and they're clueless. Last year I was told by a tech, he "didn't know the system." This year the pressure valve on the filter was left open, I had a pressure code on my heater (so it was not functional) because I had no pressure to the system with the valve open! I found one of my jet covers in 2 pieces in the middle of the pool. A plug was left on the ground by the system. My pool entry handle is so loose, I've got to tighten it. The system was not primed properly, done with such little water the box was smoking hot when we opened it. I'm thankful I didn't loose a motor. I've called with a couple of questions trying to troubleshoot these issue but was given some bad information. He gave me an electrician's number for the heaters PS code?? I'm sorry they can be the nicest people but this is their profession, not mine. I shouldn't have to go behind them to fix things that are wrong and effecting pool operations or done with little to no care of correct outcomes. Especially for what is charged. I would think a pool opening includes ensuring the system is functioning correctly and if something is not, then notify the owner before driving away. Which they never do check out and let us know how it went or any issues that need addressing. The process is piss poor to say the least.

He went above and beyond to get our tub operational. When he discovered there was a small leak with the filter lid preventing circulation, he tried everything to make it work, but unfortunately couldn't. So, he offered to put in the order immediately and have the new part shipped to our house. He also gave me a workaround to keep the tub warm until we could complete the minor filter fix ourselves to avoid draining the hot tub again. As a first-time hot tub owner, I appreciated that he walked me through everything and tried his best to find a solution to our problem. Thank you, Stone!

Ok I'm a believer. The Big Green Egg grill is absolutely the best. Design, performance, and truth…read morein advertising is no longer a question for me. Even if it is more expensive than other grills, and it is, it's still worth it. Now for the dealership in Columbia. River Mist Spas is where I bought my Big Green Egg. No complaints, no problems, no sales hipe. Just good information in response my questions. If you want to know why it's worth it to pay 2, 3, or 4 times the price of other grills at Lowes for example, talk to Mike at River Mist Spas. The reasons I did not give them a five star rating is because every product branded "Green Egg" is really, really pricey. And after spending nearly $1400, they would NOT through in a free Big Egg hat "Because of their margins". Whatever the hell that means. Even John Deere farm machine dealerships will give you a free hat with their logo on it when you buy their famously expensive products. Get a clue River Mist. Its a good place to do business.
