Pizza arrived and cheese slide over to 1 half of the pizza. I tried to move it back over, but it didn't really matter anyways because the second we tried to pick up a slice, the cheese was too heavy for the crust and slid right off. Crust could also be crispier. If the crust was the only issue I'd give them another chance and just ask for it to be crispy but it's not worth it. I gave it a star for service (delivery was earlier than expected) and another star because the flavor wasn't terrible, but not necessarily the best in the area. read more

I ordered a meal to be delivered. In the order I had asked for the Fetuccini Alfredo with Shrimp. I have had this dish before, where is had a very creamy Alfredo Sauce (white in color?. On this order what I got was fetuccin noodle with a huge portion of Olive Oil and minced Garlic. It was dripping in the oil. No white sauce or cheese at all. The shrimp was dripping in Oil. When I called to share my concerns, the woman who answered was rude, agitated, and refused to listen to my concerns or pass me to the GM or owner. She told me I had never placed this order at least according to her computer. Even though the female who took the order commented on how nice I was to give such a generous tip to the driver. I gave them a 1 star when zero stars would have been more appropriate. The quality of their food has been going downhill as of past month, and the servers have been of low quality as well. Quick version: For takeout, CHECK YOUR FOOD before you drive off!! Very good chance it was made wrong! For over 20 years, I've been a loyal customer drawn to the mostly reliable food and welcoming atmosphere. It's been a go-to spot for family dinners and casual outings, but my recent visits, particularly with takeout, have left me disheartened. Lately, I've noticed a somewhat decline in food quality. The kids pizza portions have noticeably shrunk, which feels like a downgrade for the price. Menu changes have also caused frequent takeout order mistakes that have caused me frustration, especially having to drive from the back of Port to the front to have said mistakes corrected. It pains me to see this decline in a place I've loved for decades. I hope it can return to the place that kept me coming back for so long. For now, I'm hesitant to return. read more

I ordered pizza at 6 PM . I gave them name of hotel and address. They delivered it to the wrong hotel. They also had my phone number and told them to have driver call me. I did not get the pizza for 2 hours. I also asked for utensils and did not get any. The pizza was ice cold . The pizza was not good. Really annoyed. read more

Last time we went we got a chef salad. There was mold on the cheese. When I pointed it out they did replace the salad but that was it. No discount, no apology, just an excuse. Came with a group after graduation, very few people in the restaurant at the time we arrived. Ordered garlic knots and mozzarella sticks as appetizers and a variety of entrees. I had the Chicken Barcelona. It came with grilled chicken, pasta with a sweet sauce (honestly not my favorite but that's just my personal preference) a nice meatless Greek salad which was delicious. Because of the appetizers I wasn't very hungry when meal arrived so I mainly ate the salad which was excellent. Our service was good but not great, I'm sure it was due to being closing. This past summer 2022, we spent two nights in Titusville during our summer road trip. After a long day at Kennedy space Center, everybody was pretty pooped but hungry... Didn't really feel like going out, but didn't feel like going to bed hungry either. We called down to the front desk, and they recommended a couple of places, including Kelsey's. We made a ridiculously huge order on the phone, way too much food for five people, with pizzas, a couple of entrées, a salad, and I think we ordered extra bread? What were we thinking? Regardless, the food is really good. The hotel we were staying in did not let them come right up to our room door, which is probably a safety thing, and an easy pick up at the front desk. I really enjoyed the vegetarian pizza, with huge fresh ingredients, and plenty of them. There was more than enough to enjoy a cold pizza breakfast the next day. Awesome. Delivery was pretty fast, even for a late call on a weeknight. Definitely several steps above your favorite chain store pizza. If it wasn't 2500 miles away, we'd be regulars. read more

Price of mini Greek salads have gone up $1.00 but it's been 2 years since I last posted and with inflation the price for those 2 huge "minis" is well within reason. I am shocked at how few stars this restaurant has! I came here with a friend a few weeks ago for lunch. She ordered a veggie pizza and I ordered an Italian combo sub. I have never eaten a veggie pizza before and would never expect to like one, as normally I'm a pepperoni or Hawaiian pizza kind of girl. I was surprised to discover this was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Italian subs are my favorite food in the world and this sub may have inched out my favorite (Larry's Giant Subs, Orlando). Huge menu. Something for everyone. This time I had Spinach pie very good, excellent Greek salad. Skip the healthy choice salad unless you love artichoke hearts (they were brown this time - we did report so they would know) and pepperoncini peppers. Just didn't cut it this time. Decent pizza for Florida! I was on vacation in the area, our AirB&B was right down the street and we were craving pizza so I decided to get Kelsey's for carry out. The pizza was very good! Lots of flavor, lots of cheese and cooked perfectly! Garlic knots and garlic bread were also good. Service was prompt and polite for carry out although while I was waiting I heard two different parties complain about the dining room service. One issue was how small the pizzas were, my "large" was the size of a medium in most pizza joints. Prices were a bit high, but normal for a beach tourist area. If I'm ever in the area again, I would go back. read more

We brought 42 people, 22 of those were children, to their establishment after a long day at Kennedy Space Center. We called the day before and let them know we were coming and ordered a bunch of pizzas ahead of time. They had a whole section blocked off for us and the pizzas came through after just a couple of minutes. The wait staff was SUPER friendly, PATIENT, and accommodating.
