Food comes out quick, service is great food is delicious!!!! Can be a little loud at times but overall is really good

Just ordered on skip the dishes and it was literally the worst experience ever. Nachos had no toppings on them at all and were stale. Spinach dip was dry and cold . All around just super gross. Would not recommend at all. read more

The food was hot, and the staff were kind, courteous and friendly from the time we walked in to the time we walked out we were well looked after. Twas complete tom foolery when me and the fam jam went. Were not prepared for a full house We heard about this spot when it first opened so we went to check it out. The line to get seated was to the door when we arrived. It was a Friday night so we sort of seen it coming. We were told it was an hour and forty five minutes to get a table, okay fair enough but after standing there for ten minutes and debating going elsewhere we noticed more than half the tables were free. Upon asking the were told by a very friendly server that they were understaffed in the kitchen and didn't want to put too many orders in. So imagine this 20+ free tables with around 20 people standing at the door waiting to be seated.... She even asked me if I knew if anyone wanted a job there.... LOLZ We sag at the bar and got beer and nachos. They had a nice selection of craft beers but the nachos were pretty weak with a lack of toppings. I got the Parmesan chicken which was decent, tried mom's burger and brothers steak both were tender and juicy. Steak was cooked well. All in all it was pretty good. I'm sure by now they have a solid kitchen staff put together.... At least I hope. I would go there again. read more

I went to Kelsey's on a Tuesday night with 8 other individuals. When the server took my order I expressed clearly my allergy to dairy and asked if the goat cheese that topped the steak was pure goat cheese and not a mixture of goat and cow milk. The sever went above and beyond to ensure there was no dairy in my meal. She brought out an allergy information guide that listed all the potential allergens in their food and also brought out the goat cheese, in it's orginal packaging for me to inspect the ingredient list. I felt very confident I would not have an allergic reaction from the meal. I did not give a full 5 stars because the potato skins lacked any vegetables (of course there was no cheese) and the time from ordering to having the meal served was lengthy - approximately an hour. read more

Just finished up a delicious lunch off of the chickenfest menu! It was great, service was excellent and the atmosphere for lunch was perfect. I'll be back, with the kids next time! Don't drive by this place, you won't regret it. read more

Very tasty food! The no meat burger was delicious, not dry at all. Service was a bit slow to start, and not too much checking in by the waitress, which I actually kind of liked. I think that may have been because they were busy. I didn't really like how close the tables are but the tables next to us were empty for most of our meal so not really an issue. read more

Terrible experience! Although it only took 20 mins to be seated, it took just as long for our server to take our drink orders and twice as long for our food to come out once we did order. My girlfriends chicken burger was completely raw, pink and gooey in the center. She didn't realize it until about 3 bits in. When we told our server she got a manager to come out 15 mins later. They apologized and took her meal only off our bill and did not offer to comp us any thing else. We still had to pay for my meal: fried fish burger that was soggy and fell apart as soon as I bit into it, and our app: soggy onion rings. We had to wait more than half a hour for our bill once we were done with our meal. Our server was very nice but I feel she was too busy to attend to all the tables she had. The place had nice atmosphere and is very clean. Service was really slow, food was very under cooked, unimpressive and over priced. We were there for more then two and a half hours, could not finish our meals because they were not fit, still had to pay before leaving in disgust. My girlfriend got sick later on that evening. Needless to say, we will not be going back there any time soon and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. read more

Never wrote a negative review in my life, but here goes. 20 minute wait for a drink after being seated and our order put in. 40 min wait for food. Not many gluten friendly options. Mojito was perfect. Had the burger, bun was great as far as GF goes. Cheese was forgotten from my burger, it went back to the kitchen. Cold cheese slices were served 3 minutes later as a quick fix, they were as rigid as our server. Actual beef burger was very dry and tasted strongly of charcoal, it truly was difficult to swallow. Spouse also had a burger, not GF, however was equally as disappointed and had the same complaint with the dryness. His fries were cold when served. We were overcharged for Belgian Moon. Service was slack, seemed understaffed this evening. This is my third time here and I've honestly never been fully satisfied with the food or service. Consistently disappointing, would not recommend. The third time was the charm, we will not be back. read more

Had a horrible night at kelseys. This is our 2nd bad experience in a row at this restaurant. We figured we'd give it another chance tonight but bad idea. Walked into basically an empty restaurant. One server/bartender. Spinach dip was awesome as our appetizer. 3/3 meals were terrible. Grilled chicken burger had what we think was supposed to be crispy onions. It was a black, charred stringy ball. Double burger would have been good, but the middle of the burger had so much salt and pepper that I figured the top had to come off of the shaker. It was inedible. Finally the piece de resistance. The classic steak. Firstly, it was overcooked. An overcooked steak can sometimes be saved by taste or texture. But this steak had zero seasoning, zero sauce, and zero flavor. It was tough and chewy. Our server flirtered with complaining guys next to us, chatted with coworkers and disappeared for another 10 mins before returning to see the meals pushed aside. Somehow she was shocked to hear we didn't want dessert after we told her how horrible our meal had been. She gave us 25% off but kept the steak on the receipt even though we didn't eat at least 80% of each plate. Her reaction after no tip was the cherry on top for why we will never come back and why we left our "10% off next time" on the table. read more

My family and i went to kelsey's last night for the first time. everything was going well until my boyfriend noticed LIP STICK stains on his glass. we told the staff they apologized and when we asked for a discount on out food because of the stain they were hesitant and very rude ( we only got 7 dollers off ). staff was rude, it was unclean and over all a bad experience. never going back again!! read more

A lot of things on the menu weren't available at this location, I'm unsure why they still advertise them in this case. Over an hour wait for food and the restaurant was not even busy. The fries were freezing once we received our meal. The Nachos were burnt up and dried out, and several people never did receive some of the food they had ordered. All in all we won't be returning again. read more

We're waited and were turned away twice on a Thursday night (wing nite) at prime eating time 6:30. They said technical issues and turned us away essentially. Called today to see if this would happen again and now there's no more 1/2 price wings. Very difficult to get a straight answer from the reps at this restaurant. My advice go elsewhere if you're hungry. read more
