Kelsey and her team take good care of my feisty terrier and sedate Carolina Dog. She and Beth know the dogs' respective energy levels and spend quality time with them. I never worry about my pups when Kelsey Kare visits my dogs. read more

I was so anxious about leaving my cats with a stranger for the first time, but I had to go on this business trip, it wasn't optional. Kelsey took such good care of my babies while I was away, she kept them fed and watered and litter boxes clean - the basics - but she also hung out with them, played with them, gave treats, brought in my mail, and put my mind completely at ease with her constant communication, photo updates, and making sure she had eyes on each one, each visit, even providing detailed "report cards". Absolutely happy with Kelsey, will definitely use again with complete confidence read more

Kelsey and Camille are both amazing! I have never used a pet sitter before and was very hesitant but after reading the reviews I decided to reach out to them. I needed someone last minute and Kelsey answered my email within minutes. Her and Camille came by the house to meet my fur babies the next day and then came by three times on the day I was gone. I received notifications when they arrived and when they left along with pictures and a report on how they did and if they went potty, etc. It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy my day with my parents and not worry about my little guys. I highly recommend Kelsey Kare to anyone who is looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. read more

Kelsey is the best! She's watched my kitty Chanel twice now when I've been out of town. So glad I found Kelsey! The first time was last minute and Kelsey was so accommodating. Really happy I found Kelsey and her crew to look after my two cats while I was away. They did a great job and were ultra communicative- including sending me daily pictures. I came home to a clean, non-stinky house probably for the first time ever. And very reasonable rates. Highly recommend. read more

Long overdue review! Kelsey watched my two kitties last summer when my husband and I were out of town getting married. We met up with her beforehand and she was the sweetest! Such a nice person. She did a great job taking care of our fur babies and gave us daily updates and photos. Her prices are very reasonable. You can tell how much she loves animals and has a passion for taking care of them. I highly recommend her!! read more

My husband and I went to the Bahamas for a week and being that it was a family trip, we didn't have anyone to watch our boy Rex. We turned to Kelsey and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire her. Rex tore his ACL about a month before our trip and he was on strict rest. Having him be taken care of in our home was very convenient and eased the stress of losing the small gains we had made before we left. Also, Kelsey did a walk through with me the week before we left and took detailed notes that she shared with me via email before we left, in case I had any adjustments. Her notes not only included information for Rex's care, but also included detailed directions for coming and going into our home and setting our alarm etc. this made us feel safe, knowing we can trust that our home would also be safe in our absence. It was like having a house sitter and pet sitter all in one. The day before our trip I found out I would be receiving a package that needed to be signed off for. This would have been a huge inconvenience had it not been for Kelsey agreeing to come to our home and stay a couple hours in the morning to sign for my package. Another headache avoided! When we got back from the Bahamas, Rex was very happy to see us but was not a ball of overstimulated stress like he normally is when we leave for long periods of time. This shows me that he got lots of love and attention while we were away. His leg also seemed to be doing even better than it was before we left so I know Kelsey followed our directions for his care. This solidified that we made the right choice picking Kelsey Kare. I highly recommend Kelsey and I will definitely be using her again and again read more

Kelsey has been taking care of my three older Burmese cats for about a year. I travel a lot and over the years I have had many cat sitters, but None as good as Kelsey. I have two that need medical attention, one diabetic. Kelsey is very good taking the blood sugar tests and adjusting the insulin. She is Always right on time, to feed and administer the shot, which is critical. Very reliable and efficient. I feel very comfortable trusting her in my home. A very good person, very smart, the kind of person you can trust your animals and your home with. I highly recommend Kelsey Kare, and very happy I found her. read more

I saw her reviews on yelp and had her walk my dogs for 2 weeks bc my work schedule was so crazy. She was great w my dogs and very reliable. Ive never hired a dogwalker before so i was a bit nervous finding someone on yelp, but she was wonderful and trustworthy. She takes pictures and lets u know when she arrives and leaves. I did feel like she really cared about my dogs. What more can u ask for? Im moving but if it wasnt for that shed be my forever dogwalker :) I called some other places too and it felt like a business to make money, but kelsey is more like your neighbors niece or something...i felt more comfortable w that type of person to walk my dogs. read more

Kelsey is phenomenal!! We can't thank her enough for stepping in last-minute and taking care of our precious Chloe. After our regular dog walker told us that he was going on vacation for two weeks (conveniently during the weekend of our wedding!), my husband and I found ourselves scrambling to find someone who could care for our 6-year old lab mix. Kelsey responded quickly to our call and met with us a few days prior to get acquainted with Chloe and ensure she had all the details that she needed to properly take care of her. Throughout her daily visits, Kelsey provided us with updates via text message and pictures of our pup to keep our minds at ease. Kelsey even kept us in-the-know with Chloe's medication schedule. Kelsey is trustworthy and responsible. We wouldn't hesitate to use her services again and again! read more

For two months, we have had the pleasure of having Kelsey take care of our fur babies for an hour a day. They love her, she keeps us up to date when she visits and sends pictures. We have two vizslas (4 month old and 4 yr old) she's great with their ages and size. My favorite is Kelsey can stay at our house if we have to leave town so the pups can stay in their own home. We love having her for peace of mind and additional exercise for the dogs. Highly recommend Kelsey. read more

I have two dogs with very different personalities and was a bit apprehensive about using someone new. I found Kelsey online and immediately felt comfortable talking to her on the phone. We scheduled an intro visit where she came over and spent about an hour with me and my dogs getting to know them, taking them on a walk and going over all of the details for their care. One of my dogs had recently hurt her leg and was limping and on medication. Kelsey took the time to take them out separately so each one could get the attention that they needed. She stayed overnight in my home with them for 5 days and took care of things around the house like mail and trash cans. My house looked beautiful when we returned. I was very impressed, since I am an absolute "neat freak". We have used her for last minute walks as well. What I appreciate most about her, aside from the love and attention she gives my dogs, is that she always communicates in a timely manner and tries her best to accommodate all of our needs. If she is unavailable for some reason, she tries to find another dog sitter for us. She always text me pictures of my dogs and lets me know in detail how my dogs are doing on a daily basis when we are away. I love that!! Bella and Sammy love their time with her and are looking forward to her next visit. I would recommend Kelsey Kare because of her attentiveness, professionalism and most of all, her love of animals. :) read more

Kelsey and her helpers have done an awesome job taking care of my pets over the past few years. We have had a lizard, a turtle, a couple of cranky birds, and dogs ranging from a puppy to a senior with chronic health conditions. Medications, special diets, messes, and attitudes - the Kelsey Kare crew handle everything efficiently and professionally. Before I go out of town, I meet with the sitters who will be taking care of my pets and go over any instructions. During my trip, the sitters send texts and photos so I can see everyone is doing well. When I get home, everyone is healthy and happy. I would highly recommend Kelsey Kare! read more

Kelsey has been taking care of my neurotic cat over the course of 2016. I usually have last minute travel plans and Kelsey has always been able to accommodate me. We have had Kelsey watch our cats twice now. She is so great with them. She sends picture and video updates with each visit. My previous house sitter retired and I needed to find a dependable and trustworthy replacement. After interviewing several individuals, I decided to give Kelsey a try for the next upcoming trip. Now, over two years later and multiple trips, Kelsey has been talking care of my house and pets while I am away. I do not feel that I could have found anyone more reliable and satisfying in their assistance. When she first met with me to be informed about the details of taking care of the animals, plants, and house, I was surprised by her informing me that she emails pictures of the pets after each visit. I first thought this was unnecessary, so it was a surprise upon receiving the first photographs, that I found them so comforting. It was good to see the pets in their familiar surroundings, and obviously already interacting with Kelsey. I now look forward to viewing the photographs after each visit. My situation is a bit unique in that I also have several other things that need to be attended to, including the watering of many potted plants. Kelsey has managed to keep them alive even in the blistering heat of summer with triple-digit temperatures. It is comforting to know that there is someone who I can trust to take care of the pets and house while I am away. A friend, who asked if I could refer someone in taking care of their pets, is now also using Kelsey's service and is very satisfied. I expect that Kelsey will have great success and continues her service for many years. Using any other service would be a step down. Jim P. read more

We have two cats which we love very much but we also like to travel which presents much guilt when the urge to travel takes hold. When another friend suggested we try Kelsey we were happy to do so and have never regretted our decision. We still feel guilty leaving them but much less so now that we know what good care they are in. Kelsey sends us photos of them so that we can see they are just fine. read more

Wow, where do I even begin. Kelsey has been an incredible dog sitter for me over the last year. Being that I am a full-time student and full-time employer, I can't always be home at all times of the day to take care of my sweet boy. When my boyfriend moved away for medical school, I knew I needed someone trust worthy and loving that can come help me with my dog. Kelsey went above and beyond for me. Some days I would text her the morning of, hoping with fingers crossed that she would be able to make time for my Milo. She always came through. My dog is obsessed with her! She sends me pictures of them, plays with him, make sure his water bowl is always full, she is simply the best. I couldn't trust Milo in better hands. I strongly recommend her to anyone that needs pet or child care. She just has that maternal touch, and she genuinely cares about animals and people. read more
