These people are fantastic. Here's the story. Traveling for a few days in BC from Washington…read morestate. On Saturday, the drive belt broke on my wife's Harley. Had it towed to the HD store in Kelowna. Went there the next morning and was told they were two weeks out on repair and nothing they could do. They didn't have the belt in stock. They did offer to store if for me until I could drive the 200 miles to pick it up. Walked over to Konquer's and spoke with Mitch in the service department. They had the belt in stock. He thought they could have it done in a day or two. We got the bike into Konquer's shop and headed for lunch at Vernon BC, expecting to hear back from Mitch on Sunday or Monday. While have lunch in Vernon, Mitch called me and said the bike would be done if we wanted to come back and pick it up. I just about fell over. We headed back to Kelowna and the bike was sitting outside, repaired. They put several mechanic's on it and "Got Er Done". I wish these guys would open a shop in Wenatchee, WA. They saved me the weekly cost of the rental car and a long trip to Kelowna to pick up the bike. Thanks so much Mitch and the crew at Konquer's. You're the best!!

I had my wife call bike shops in Kelowna and find one that had a tire that would fit and could fit me in the next day (Saturday). M&M was the second shop she called. The parts guy was friendly and helpful. He booked a service appointment for 9:00 am the next morning when they opened. I got there about ten minutes early and they were already open. They got my bike in and the job complete in about 45 minutes. Real nice bunch of guys, they even gave me some route recommendations (which were great) when they found out where we were headed.

Almost 3 months ago, my brother was contracted to drive a used cube van from Montreal to Edmonton…read morefor a a price of $1,550.00 The trip was completed in about 4 days, and to date, no money has been paid. The fuel bill alone was over $1400.00 plus other expenses totalling another $500. During the trip a very small scratch was put on a ladies car while in Manitoba while stopping for something to eat. Repairs were done to the ladies car, and still Darell (the owner at Workfleets) reufuses to pay my brother. Repairs were done on an insurance claim. All thou Workfleets has insurance for this type of incident he would not use it. What lousy business ethics at this company. Today, Aug. 7th, I am on my way to I C B C and run the VIN to see if there have been two claims made on this minor incident. The total cost of repairs was estimated around $1200 which would be deducted from the original quote of $1,550 leaving my brother only $350 for a trip that took almost a week, and every day Gary Sweet at Workfleets kept calling my brother and putting the pressure on to have this vehicle delivered before Saturday, an almost impossible task. My brother drove night and day to complete the trip with no hotel stops, just sleeping in freezing cold in the cube van. I would not recommend dealing with Workfleets. It is shabby way to do business.
