Other big grocery stores are ~30 min away. Management was always very responsive to concerns -- we often got concerns addressed the same day. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Everyone gets 2 parking spots and there's also separate visitor parking (for free). The package receiving room is big and well organized - often boxes would be on the floor because of overflow but it's all in a locked building. Decent gym as well. One concern is that the water quality is really bad. If we came back after the weekend the water would be yellow, and you could feel the poor quality in your hair. Maintenance flushed out the shower a few times but it didn't solve the issue. We also wish there was an in-unit washer/dryer but there are plenty of W/D throughout the floor ($5 per W/D cycle). The walls are quite thin as well throughout the building. It often felt like people outside were in your room. Also between our two rooms, you could hear what people were saying in the other room clearly (feel like there was some insulation issue between the window/wall). Overall though it was a decent, affordable apartment with good amenities and good service.

There is constant flooding every year. A majority of the townhomes get flooded every year and the sad part is nothing has been done to resolve these issues. Some homes get as much as 5 feet of water in the garage and basement. Due to poor remediation after each flooding, mold is a constant issue. There is also constant moisture in the garage and basement even when there are no floods thus another source of mold. Regular maintenance is not done therefore many issues are not addressed leading to more major issues and dissatisfied tenants. This place will be a great place to live if these issues are addressed and the tenants are not deemed the enemy. I am sure there are happy tenants, specifically those who haven't had any flooding or major issues, however until anyone experience what 17 out of 30 units have gone through, you will be had pressed to find a happy tenant in this development. We inherited a front stoop from the previous homeowner that was reinforced with brick risers and…read morepavers. On the top stoop, there were several bricks that were deteriorating below our front doormat. It looked like some of the bricks on the edge were replaced over time and either didn't match or were unlevel. The hardest part was finding a replacement brick that matched in color and size. It turns out, they don't make these particular bricks anymore. We called Stonemark Hardscapes along with 2 other companies to have them all assess the situation and propose solutions. Pete from Stonemark seemed the most knowledgeable and we liked his solution the best. Even though the same style brick didn't exist, he gave us some to choose from and said they could be cut to fit the interior bricks on the stoop and the size difference wouldn't be noticeable. He also agreed to fix the loose bricks on both the first and second stoop and put in some chicken wire around the whole stoop, which we had requested in an attempt to prevent the annual digging/nesting of skunks and opossums. When he and his crew showed up, they were courteous enough to stay off the new grass seed that I had just planted off of our walkway. For an additional charge, they added paver sand and sealer for the whole walkway and stoop. They got the job done in one day and we were very pleased with the work! We loved how the replacement bricks looked even with the old bricks as a border. They were a little on the expensive side, but I think I got the right value for the price. There were a few minor issues with a couple of things, but after a lot of communication with Pete, they took care to make sure that we were satisfied with the work and the end result.
