Got my 4 month old puppy fixed here and the staff was incredibly friendly! Answered all my questions and the were quick!

My experience with Dr Kelly's Mobile Vet service started great but sadly did not end that way! I am disappointed that they did not answer nor return my phone call the day after our dog's neutering. Thankfully it was not an emergency, but a question pertaining to my dog's level of anxiety over the anesthesia wearing off. I guess you get what you pay for ... and my next pet will not get Dr Kelly's Mobile Vet service!! read more

I took 2 of my female rescue dogs to Dr. Kelly for dental cleanings/extractions. I had several quotes from various places including a so called low-cost pet dental place. Their prices were exorbitant. Then a friend recommended Dr. Kelly's mobile vet. They gave me an estimate much lower than my previous quotes. The day of the cleaning/extractions, they called to let me know the amount on was even less then originally quoted. I will ALWAYS go to Dr. Kelly for all my pets dental work and pass along their information to everyone with pets! read more

Totally trust this team to care for my dogs. They are affordable and took great care of our Oscar who needed a tooth extracted. Thanks again guys! read more

I've been using this vet for the last 4 years. I've helped many friends get their animals fixed and have fixed a lot of strays. I want to do my part in slowing / eliminating stray animals but it can be very costly. But not with dr. Kelly's!!! They're an affordable traveling vet that travels the valley and in Tucson I guess after just reading so! Animal bills can be so extremely costly and no one wants to spend an arm and a leg to get their animals help. The amount of stress relief that they've given me is immeasurable. I will never stop using them and have no desire to find another vet. I recommend everyone to use them word of mouth and now Yelp. I wish I had the ability to market for them by giving everyone one of their cards. They also for special occasions have toys for the animals when you arrive. I can't express my gratitude for them, can't thank them enough ever. Thank you dr. Kelly's for always being there for the fur babies. read more

Fantastic service, staff & care! We recently brought two male kittens, Jack & Colby to be neutered. The staff was extremely helpful & caring; appointment was on time; instructions were very clear. We would recommend Dr Kelly to everyone we know. Exceptional service and we did provide a donation to help others too! read more

A huge thank you!! During this time with the virus I appreciate how precautious they were with us and knowing that I live way out in queen creek and having to meet them in Chandler I had to only wait within the hour thankfully not two hours and not having anywhere to go due to quarantine. So thank you so much!! read more

I'm kind of on the fence as to how I want to write this review since the overall service wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. I actually decided to use this service to save money. We have a vet we've used for years and they are awesome, but they wanted a fortune to perform a mass removal. I found this mobile service and decided to give them a try. I was impressed at how quickly they got back to me and how fast I was able to bring my dog in for an exam and quote. Turns out it did save us some money so I decided to go with them. I paid the deposit and booked the surgery date. Due to my dog's age I had to bring him back for blood work. When I brought him back the technician who helped me was extremely rude to me. She snapped when I couldn't remember the name of the allergy medicine he was taking. I was thinking "wow, she's having a bad day". In hindsight, I regret not asking her to stop being so rude to me since there was no reason for it. At that point, had I not already paid the deposit, I would have cancelled. In addition, I thought I would get to meet the Vet to discuss the surgery. I thought I would have a chance to look inside to see if it's somewhere I wanted to leave my pet. I thought someone would call later in the day to see how my pet was doing after surgery, I was wrong. None of these things happened. Ultimately, I was satisfied with their service, I just felt it wasn't very personable. I guess I was just expecting things to be different. Maybe my expectations were just way too high, but my pets are like my kids, and I've become accustomed to that exceptional treatment by my current vet. See why I was on the fence? Not horrible, not great. Kind of in the middle. As you've guessed, I'll stick with paying a higher price and return to my vet. Update: I did get a call today, they were checking in to see how my dog was doing. read more

Quick, friendly and affordable service. I would definitely recommend! Convenient spay and neuter along with other services

I got my Gigi girl spayed at the location on Peoria and the technician was very nice & professional. They send her home with 3 days of pain medication and offer sedatives if your pet is being too active at home. They're really communicative, called me to let me know gigi was up next & called me for pick up. I dropped her off at 10:30am and picked up at 2:40pm so expect your pet to be monitored there for a while. Thank you for taking care of her!! She's doing great read more

I was pleased to schedule the appointment to have my dog spayed at such an affordable rate of $120 and the assurance that she would be observed for the day while I was as work. I was told this price also included the collar and after surgery pain medication. As soon as I dropped her off I was told to pick her up in 45 minutes to an hour (this was the same situation for the person in line behind me). Upon picking her up, I was given the amount due of $345, not including to $40 deposit paid. That did include a few medications that totaled $55. I was happy to spend that on medications but not pleased about the misleading pricing. It's still far greater than my vet was charging, I would have paid that price. I do have an issue telling people one thing and charging more than double when you pick up your pet. For those of you reading this review, it is a great service if you can afford it. My dog seemed happy and comfortable. For those that cannot afford for the guaranteed price to double or triple, keep shopping for a true low cost clinic. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Kelly's mobile vet. A few years back they cleaned my dog's teeth for a fraction of the cost of my regular vet so when it was time to get my new puppy neutered I didn't think twice. Everyone was friendly and my little guy healed up super fast, no complications. The mobile unit was cleaned and the only criticism I have is that it was a little hot waiting to check in and check out...it was June but an umbrella or tent outside the unit might be nice for the AZ summers! When my little guy needs his first teeth cleaning we will use Dr Kelly again! read more

Absolutely amazing! It's hard for me to trust anyone with my precious fur baby. And I completely feel safe and confident with leaving him in their care. They are still on top of it and explain everything in detail that needs to be done as far as procedures go. And definitely affordable prices, they don't try to take advantage. I will always use them as my vet and tell everyone else about them! Thank you! read more

Dr. Kelly and her team were great. Scheduling, checking in, drop-off/pick-up were all very easy and smooth. Prices are super affordable especially when you have the amount of dogs that I have (6). We took our pit, Queen, to get spayed a few months ago and she healed nicely. We recently took all six of our dogs to get up-to-date vaccinations. The entire process was very smooth. We were in and out within 30 mins. Will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

Best veterinary experience I've ever had! Super efficient and reasonably priced.

Wow. Unimpressed. To be courteous I cancelled my cat's spay since she disappeared which is very upsetting to our family. I wasn't even worried about the deposit but apparently they wanted to make sure I knew I wasn't getting it back. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Going into the weekend with our English Bulldog we had a difficult operation that needed to be preformed ASAP. We called multiple clinics and animal hospitals that were all unresponsive, except for Dr. Kelly's office. They got us in first thing Monday morning with fair and reasonable pricing and truly cared for our little guy. read more

This is an amazing service! My dog was recently neutered with the Mobil unit. They techs were so helpful and I even got a text asking if I wanted to have some old baby teeth that should have fallen out removed while my dog was under. The friendliness and knowledge of that staff is amazing and I would recommend that everyone use them. Additionally that price point for services was well below what other vet clinics charge and the care my dog received was amazing! read more

Terrible experience here! What should have taken an hour took over 3 hours. My appointment was at 7:15 and my dog did not get neutered until 9:15. Check in and check out were very rushed leaving no room for questions. Very disappointed with the service and professionalism here. Save both you and your pets time and take them somewhere that cares for their patients. read more

I can't say enough great things about this mobile, affordable vet clinic. My sweet Cali was having some dental issues so I took her here for a teeth cleaning and she ended up needing some tooth extractions. A couple days later she had visible swelling and a bad infection. They fit her right in and she had to go in for a wash out and be put under anesthesia again for the procedure. When we picked her up, of course we wanted to know the cost. They did it for free! Thank you. read more

Useless! Four days, 3 phone calls, one email(auto response) and NOTHING! Maybe the are out of business.

After seeing the good reviews, we decided to get our dog spayed. We took her on a Tuesday, it went okay, and the next couple days she slept most of the time. On Sunday, she started having some kind of discharge that was coming out. Monday morning, we called the mobile vet and sent them pictures of the area and they said they would get a prescription in since it looked like an infection. A little before 5 I tried calling and texting to see if it was ever sent. Tuesday morning they text that there some confusion if I was going to pick it up or have them call it in even though I gave them a couple stores they could call it into. We tried calling multiple times to talk to someone since the whole area was now covered in nasty discharge and the incision started having a pink thing poking out of it! We tried to have them see her but we were told they are doing a high turn around of spays and neuters and they don't have room to see her and to call other places and find somewhere else to take her... Luckily we were able to take her to the emergency vet, and $2000 later, she's finally better! read more

Dr Kelly's mobile unit set up in Ahwatukee neutered my 6-month-old husky Shepherd mix. Everything went well except when I took the cone off after 10 days he began licking his incision and it got infected. I texted them and sent pictures and they were very quick to respond and prescribe antibiotics and instructions to leave cone on another 7 days. read more

This place is absolutely horrible! We waited weeks for an appointment- put $100 deposit show up today for the appointment and no one was there! We were never notified and told a manager was unavailable! Our dog was hot, hungry and scared! I took off of work for nothing! And if that wasn't bad enough they haven't returned our $100 deposit- don't waste your time with this horrible place! read more

My dog needed to have a cystoctomy done. I have a regular vet but called Dr. Kelly's because they had preformed the same procedure a year and a half ago. They quoted substantially less money so I scheduled it. After driving 45 minutes to the Scottsdale location, we were told they could not preform the procedure because he has stress seizures. We were told he had to be put on seizure medication and be on it for 2 weeks in order for them to do the procedure. I asked to speak with someone in charge. They got the manager who was very rude, and laughed at my questions, one being "why did you do it a year and a half ago when he wasnt on any medication? " She didnt have an answer. So I guess that means they put my dog in danger last time and I didnt even know about it until they told on themselves! They may offer lower cost procedures but if it is putting your animal at risk is it worth it? Not for me I will go to the place where I know my baby will be safe. I will be stayimg away from this place and the discounted options they offer. There is a reason they are cheaper. read more

My Beagle had his teeth cleaned and several teeth extracted. The vet did an initial exam and was upfront with me that she did not have an Xray unit, and would rely on a physical examination to determine if any teeth needed to be pulled. There was no upsell for pain medicatons and the entire package was explained to me in detail, including an itemized price list. I went home with antibiotic and pain meds. There were no post-surgical complications nor did it seem my canine was in any pain. I will use Dr. Kelly's again for my Beagle's next cleaning. Dr. Kelly is an experienced vet and I appreciate her cost-efficient practice for those of us who have been burned in the past! read more

With the pandemic I've quickly learned that many of us adopted new pets and that is great. Unfortunately with all those new pandemic adoptions many veterinarians are overwhelmed with appointments to the point it was not uncommon for a 6 week wait or sometimes longer for surgical appointments. I opted to use this service to have my dogs lipoma removed on her neck. The experience was impressive since most of my contact was by phone and driving to a satellite location twice, once for lab work (my dog is older than 5 years) and then a second time for the actual procedure - it was relatively painless for me cost and time wise. I was kept in the loop on my dogs condition and was able to pick her up quickly. A few things to keep in mind; one a deposit is required, two labs are not part of the quoted price, three it's imperative that you have days available to do this during the week, and four the quoted price is a ballpark and as such you might end up having to pay more. I hope this helps, I plan to use this service again if needed in the future. read more

I have a 12 year old Siamese with the worst teeth in any cat I've had for over 60 years. She had terribly infected, painful teeth and I was so nervous about putting her through a fourth dental/extractions ordeal at her age. But, with amazing reviews I decided to get consult with Dr. Kelly's. The service was so professional, kind and efficient. I went ahead. Today is day three since her surgery and she is functioning as if nothing happened at all! She is eating, romping, sleeping soundly, and, best of all, she clearly has zero pain. I highly recommend this company. It's half the price a Vet will charge, and it is much easier. K. M., MSW read more

They have done dental surgery for two cats and two dogs so far, at a fraction of what other places would charge. They took good care of my pets, were upfront about pricing, and did extra things that really make a difference: including sutures for single tooth extractions, giving me extra toothbrushes when I requested them, cutting the pills so that I could give the correct dosages easily. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly's. read more

My baby got her spay done this week. Afterwards, she was not doing well and I reached out to Dr. Kelly's staff for assistance. I texted and called a few times and left a messages and received no response. This is very concerning as this is suppose to be a business that cares about animals, which is so not the case. I would never recommend them to take care of a grasshopper let alone a cat or dog. read more

Dr Kelly's Surgical is such a blessing. Our little girl Mija had a pretty bad cherry eye that I had been trying to get our vet to correct, with no success. I contacted Dr Kelly Surgical and with Ashley's help we got Mija scheduled rather quickly. Ashley was absolutely fabulous and was so helpful. The day of surgery we dropped Mija off and within a couple hours we were able to pick her up. The pre and post operation instructions were very easy to follow and now we have a beautiful little girl with no cherry eye. I had a couple questions during the healing process and they were always quick to respond and very helpful. If a pet needs any kind of surgery I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly Surgical unit. If possible I would give them more stars. Thank you to Ashley and Dr. Feldman. Oh and by the way the cost was half of what our vet wanted to charge. read more
