At a previous appointment, we had specifically discussed making arrangements to avoid putting him in the dryer. Despite that, I was told during this visit that he was placed in and dryer and made that same distress sound. I was also asked to come in three hours earlier than my scheduled time and he would be ready in 2-3 hours. When I hadn't heard anything, I called and was then told he would not be ready until much later. No one contacted me to let me know there was a delay or that there has been an issue. What was most disappointing was how my concern was handled by the owner, Andrea when I arrived. Instead of acknowledging the communication breakdown or my concern for my dog, I felt dismissed and argued with rather than listen to. Instead of acknowledging my concerns about a blind senior dog in distress, I was made to feel like I was the problem for speaking up. To make matters worse, the owner told me not to bring Oscar back, calling me argumentative. Pet owners should be able to advocate for their dog's safety and comfort without being dismissed or penalized for it. Oscar appears to be okay, and I am grateful for that. But this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and not appropriate for a dog with known special needs. Oscar has been going to Annie's for a long time. Very disappointing, stressful and my dog did not get groomed in the 4 hours he was there.

She insisted that she gave us a discount and the cost should be $55/dog for one kennel and charged us for two nights. Dogs were there about 25 hours. Unbelievable. Charges were refunded and she told us never to come back. She could not justify her charges to what was advertised on her website. Also, entering in the front door it had a very strong urine smell. Not clean at all. Just beware... Owner is not honest.... I have two other witnesses.

She wouldn't let them work on one of her paws. She's never let them work on one of her paws. She shows teeth but they've never reported anything more. It's unfortunate and a little disappointing. They do an alright job. It's super convenient but Moon our german shepherd is always really damp when I pick her up and it's a hit or miss with the proper grooming especially around the potty area where if not done properly can create a mess and the hair matted since our last grooming. Perhaps I shouldn't have asked them to please pay more attention to that area when I dropped them off. It's a bit of a mad house but I appreciated them working with us with Maggy's sensitivity to her paw being worked on.

I appreciate her and everything she's done for my pups, but frankly these past couple of years haven't been great. She's constantly busy, under delivers and the workers just don't outperform Debbie. We've had more negative experiences like issues with haircuts, long wait times and not the greatest customer service from the newer groomers (super passive texts). We are grateful we chose and were accepted to have Kodiak train with Greg and his team.
