First I want to give a big thank you for this huge upgrade to my car…read more I 110% recommend coming here. Service was great helpful, and efficient. There was communication, which I appreciate it a lot. And everything took about one to two weeks. The service that they did was my bumper and they also fixed my trunk !! And I cannot be any more grateful! My car looks brand new. I love how everything turned out. I'm not entirely sure on pricing since this was done through my insurance. But even so the pricing for doing a paint job was not bad either. In return I am considering. I would definitely come here if you need any service needed for your car in terms of auto repair. I'm so happy with how this turned out. I did receive a guarantee after my car was done, which is great as well. The only downside which is be that it is on a main street so there really isn't any parking but I do believe there is small parking in the back or on the residential street in the back.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE…read more Very Disappointed With the Quality of Work I brought my car to this body shop for repairs and unfortunately have had to return three separate times because issues were either left unresolved or came up after the repair. After the initial repair, they left a rattle in the door panel and another rattle coming from the wheel that I could actually feel through the steering wheel. I brought the car back a second time. They fixed the door-panel rattle, but the issue with the wheel was not fixed. About a month later, the paint on the bumper they repaired started chipping off. I brought the car back for a third time to address the paint issue and the ongoing wheel rattle. They did fix the paint, but once again, the wheel rattle was not repaired. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. The amount of time and inconvenience I've spent returning the vehicle for issues that should have been properly addressed the first time has been extremely frustrating.

He knew Corvettes, was easy to talk to, and even though they weren't the cheapest, I felt good about giving them the job. There were a few issues with the first round of work, but Gary handled it the right way. He met with me and his painter, went over all the areas I had concerns about, and made sure everything got corrected without charging me anything extra. To be fair, the carbon fiber parts I brought in were in pretty rough shape to begin with, so it wasn't exactly an easy job. The final result came out really good, especially the color match. My Corvette is yellow, which can be tough to match, and honestly I don't think I've had another shop get the yellow this close before. I was really impressed with how it turned out. Things didn't go perfectly the first time, but Gary stood behind the work and made sure I was happy in the end. That says a lot to me. The repair itself is flawless, panel gaps, paint match, everything lines up like it came off the line that way. On a G-Wagon that's not a given; plenty of shops will happily take a swing at one and hand you back something that's almost right. This isn't that. But the part that really made the difference was the insurance side. Dealing with the at-fault carrier is normally a part-time job you didn't apply for, endless calls, lowball estimates, supplements that go nowhere. Alex handled all of it. He knew exactly what to push back on and how to document it, and I basically just got updates instead of headaches. Zero fighting on my end. He also does diminished value reports, which I didn't even know was a thing I should be asking about. A car like this loses real money on paper just from having an accident on the record, and he walked me through recovering that. If you've been hit and nobody's mentioned diminished value to you, ask him about it. Bonus: the man knows the local food scene better than most people who write about it for a living. Ask him where to eat while you're waiting, I got better recommendations there than from any app. Highly recommend. Ask for Alex.
