He answered all my questions and he even told me his work schedule just incase my husband wanted to come in work with him. I didn't purchase anything but when I am in need of a suit I would definitely bring my business to men's wearhouse !! Thank you for answering all my questions Tim ! I truly appreciate it!

We arrived a few minutes before our appointment time and were hardly greeted when we walked in. The store was empty and had multiple employees standing around taking about their Saturday night. We walked around for about 10 minutes before we stopped someone to let them know we had an appointment and needed help. The store itself is a train wreck with open boxes lying around that you practically have to step over, no organization, and every suit hanging up looking worn and dirty. What would make you want to rent a suit from here?! One young man who helped us seemed to be covering the suit rental desk. When we asked to see options, we were handed an iPad to scroll through, yet we could have done that at home. We came in to see and try on suits so we could get a better feel for what we wanted. Before we even had the option to try on anything, we were pretty much told to come back another day. What a poor sales pitch. It really felt like they didn't want to help us and would rather us come back another day to bother another employee. I'm very frustrated with the service and experience this afternoon and I'm looking at other places where our wedding party can better be served.

I tried some of the chains in the area and felt like cattle marched through a line to get my hair cut, pay, and leave. Two minutes in Rosario's she greeted me, recognized I was new, showed me around her salon and boutique and then did an excellent job on my hair. I have been coming to Roanoke now for six months and will not go to anyone else. Her salon is the bright pink building with plenty of parking behind it - you cannot miss it! An added bonus, her boutique has the best selection of children's formal wear. I have my son's Easter outfit already in the closet. See for yourself - https://www.facebook.com/boutiquederosario

Very disappointed in Gordon's Menswear today. Bought a suit in an auction (paying several hundred…read moredollars for it) and fitted there a few months ago. I was horribly disappointed with how it fit. This was my first suit and I wanted something form fitting and ended up getting more of a pajama like fit... very baggy. Being a tall man, the selection was one suit in 3 color choices. I was told by the tailor it couldn't be altered to be form fitting. Took what I could get but left with a suit I didn't really want to wear. Today, I took the suit to another tailor in the area, Sara's. They made a multitude of alterations (costing decent cash) but got the suit fitting me perfectly! I would not recommend Gordon's if you want a suit that has a more modern fit or if you are a taller person.
