They did an excellent job on my SUV, far and above what was expected, and at a very fair price. Great guys to work with.

Do not recommend…read more Get ready for the shenanigans that this place put me through. I was told by the other party ins. that everything would be taken care. Which on that first drop off day it was. I dropped off my vehicle, filled out the paperwork (Blaire was nice, walked me through the whole thing) and the Enterprise that's just down the road from them would bring me my rental. She said that every Tuesday and Thursday they'd call me and give me updates on the progress of my vehicle. I thought to myself, wow, that's great! Vehicle took about a week to "fix." I was surprised because it was damage to the left quarter panel and what not. True to their words, that first week my car was dropped off, I did get an update on Tuesday/Thursday Cassandra calls and I get updated. Come Friday around 3pm/4pm, I received a call from Cassandra that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Thought to myself, wow, I can see why they come recommended. That was quick! I quickly went to get gas in the rental so I can return it and go pick up my car before they close for the weekend. Arrive to pick up my car and Cassandra get's all my paperwork ready, sign some things and I hand her the keys to the rental, she hands me my keys back. Mike comes out and walks through the car with me. Told me the things they "fixed" and that they stand by their word and will fix anything that's not right. Just reach out to them. I pointed out somethings that were of concern. Mike addressed it and said "no problem it would be taken care of." I can bring the vehicle in at another time. It's Friday, they're about to close, I made the decision of taking my car. Now the fun part, I get in my vehicle, I drive down the road on US1 passing Titus Landing, and I keep hearing a whistling noise on my driver side. I turned down the music. Press the buttons, making sure all the windows are rolled up. Yup, they're rolled up, why do I hear a whistling noise. Call the shop immediately, and let Cassandra know, I'm hearing the whistling noise etc etc. She asks me if I have a garage to park my car in, I say no. She's thinking if there's any reason for water to get into the vehicle, she was trying to prevent it. I was then asked to bring back the vehicle at my convenience so they can check it out. Husband immediately brought it back in Monday so they can check it out. Monday rolls around he takes the car back to the shop. He doesn't know who he test drove the vehicle with possibly Mike possibly someone else, I can't speak on that part as I wasn't there. But he then tells me that the tech agreed that there shouldn't be whistling noise and they drove all the way to Titus Landing. He slips a dollar bill in the window and surely enough the bill slipped right through the window even though it was fully closed indicating that the door/window or whatever wasn't aligned. Therefore there was a whistling noise. All while trying to correct that issue, the technician, damaged the driver door even more. He made a boo boo while with my husband and took full responsibility for it. So now in addition to the issues they didn't fix, there's another issues now. Their fault. Husband takes car home because he also needed to get to work. I call them, by now, I've been speaking with Blaire and Cassandra. They're asking me to drop the vehicle off any day that's not a Friday because the car probably won't get worked on if we drop it off on Friday and they're closed weekends. But specifically that certain weekend because Blaire's getting married and will be out. So somewhere along the way, just because she's getting married and will be out, all production stops? I was so confused. Are you the manager and the tech working on the car too? Why would production stop? She wasn't making it make sense. That girl math wasn't adding up. Blaire mentioned that she wouldn't be able to justify to her higher up for issuing me a rental for the weekend knowing that my vehicle wouldn't be worked on. How's that my problem when your establishment is the one that damaged the vehicle the second time around didn't even fix the issues the first time. Sounds like a Gerber problem not a me problem. I told her that both times the vehicle was in their care that it wasn't my fault, but here we are. July 2, I leave work early and happen to drop off the vehicle, Cassandra's there I get my rental. Go on my way. The car is there for maybe 21/22 days. I almost wanted to throw it in their face about how they didn't want to get me into a rental and now here we are, 20+ days out. I talked with Blaire about the vehicle and she openly admitted that the person that worked on my car was about 2 weeks new and unfortunately they weren't able to get it fixed. They get someone else from another location to work on my car. I stopped getting updates on Tues/Thurs and I had to do the calling myself. Seems like after they got paid from the other party's ins, they didn't care for me anymore

He did not try and upsell me twice....first with locks for my decked system since my tailgate locks and then when we were looking at power outlets....he said we would never use them as much as we imagine but a power lock for the hatch tied to the vehicle would be used all the time. It was a few dollars more but I can tell you right now he was right.... The HE I am talking about is Nick. He got my truck done correctly the first time. They have a great selection and even better customer service....not to put me out there but I paid cash for some of the services and I realized I paid him too much. I called him up and he double checked the amount and he called me to tell me he had my money up at the store and I could come to pick it up....lets put it this way he could have said nope you counted right but he is a man of integrity......refreshing these days. I can not recommend this establishment for accessories and a topper more enthusiastically. Good service and integrity......a winning combination. Oh and did I mention 45 minute drive one way.......and worth every mile.

I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the paint and workmanship was nothing less than outstanding, Shelly is a great communicator and provided me with updates during the entire process starting from our first introduction and Todd is such a professional and master craftsman, the entire process exceeded my expectations and I'm so lucky I found them. This is a great local business and one you should consider if you find yourself in need of this type of work...
