I have been a customer of Longs Tire for many years for my tires and brakes, and they have always been honest and do excellent work, at a fair price. Worked the whole day and was thinking about my car the whole day. Left work early to try to make it to the shop before they closed at 5PM! Arrived at 4:38 PM. I waited a little bit as they were busy, but they didn't forget about me. By the time the guys got to me it was nearly 5PM! I felt so bad that I was keeping them from leaving on time, but they were still so courteous and helpful. The guys took a look at the tire, didn't promise me if he'd be able to plug it but he'd try. I was honestly prepared to pay for a used tire temporarily if he wasn't able to plug it. But thank goodness, he was able to plug it and was sent on my way. The guys even calibrated my tire pressures for me too. Definitely will recommend this place as I was recommended this place from a coworker.

When I took my car to my normal mechanic for a manifold replacement I saw a wire dangling and my radiator was unplugged. Nobody has been in the engine bay since the car left Pep-boys. They denied doing anything when since I've had the car nobody has touched that radiator cable. It can't come un-done on its own since its held in by a clip that needs to be pressed to un-clip. They denied doing anything. This type of service for $443 for a very important component is not worth it one bit, especially leaving exposed wires next to a alternator. I'm personally never going back to pep-boys for auto repairs.
