I had taken it off and set it on the table in front of me to take a tying test and forgot to put it back on. I was told today that they had searched but the ring was nowhere to be found despite no one being in the room since then except for possibly the cleaning service or one other woman that they "remembered" had interviewed previously but had come back in to retake the test. It sounds to me like someone is not being honest. A police report has been filed! Definitely wouldn't want to work or get services from a dishonest company!

Excellent customer service as always. Went in with a problem with my phone. Checked in via the…read moreapp as I entered the mall, backed up all my data while I waited to be called as they have limited capacity in store. All employees were very helpful and courteous, especially Charles, who quickly and efficiently assisted me with my issue and despite my having an upgrade available did not in any way push me to purchase a new device or do a "hard sell" even with the opportunity to do so. Any time I have ever had business with this store the employees have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.
