This seemed sketchy to me because I know none of my wiring was poorly connected but I take my computer home and pay my bill. Of course the computer wasn't fixed at all. I called them and told them this, they offered no refund, or even apologies, claiming that it was "fixed when they had it". These people are completely incompetent, and may appear friendly up front but if they mess up they are completely unsympathetic and try to shift blame. I would not recommend their services at all. Use a company like P.C. Clinic; they are cheaper and more friendly.
