Last year, we needed an extra copy of our taxes (electronic or paper, didn't matter) and we called to request. Receptionist put me into his voicemail and I left a message. No return call. I emailed. The receptionist had no idea and Richard, once again, did not return our call after we left a message. We will not be using them in the future.

I get the feeling however, the H&R Block works directly with IRS and must get some sort of kickbacks to deliver more money to them. That's what it seems like... I would've given them a three star review if that had been the only thing, but I just got a letter from the state. My state tax return was not ever filed. I only had one little week left to pay it.
