The feedback was initially professional and I waited for my clean ...and then I received a call the day before my event, indicating that they couldn't fulfill most of my needs... I was actually picking up a floral arrangement and my friend overheard it and was totally disgusted by the phone call. I still went along with the cleaning because i had an event... This was a couple years ago, but this business randomly came across my feed and it still has left a sour taste in my mouth. They also brought in frozen coffee drinks and left rings on my $2,500 butcher block and skipped over two bedrooms ....given I have a three-bedroom house. Next time I'm gonna have to get some before and after pictures, because they do miracles. (And work around the fact we have some weird cats with weird habits like drinking out of faucets). Can't recommend them enough!! The owner Grace is super professional, but also relatable. It's so easy to schedule (or reschedule if needed) and she has some amazing people working for her that I swear, work magic. Her pricing is great, and you definitely get the bang for your buck. (Plus being able to pay via venmo is great for me, I can prepay when I schedule and just know it's all taken care of.) It's the peace of mind and worry free style that honestly just takes that little bit extra off our plates.
