Dr. Eldridge and his staff have been on time to all our appointments. Each time we go we have waited in the waiting room less than five minutes before they took us to the exam room. After the nurse took my husbands vitals, we waited less than five minutes before Dr. Eldridge came to the room. When I mentioned that they were quick he said that is one of his main focuses is getting patients in when they are promised to keep them happy. Dr. Eldridge is extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time discussing our medical issues and the anatomy behind the problems. He explained in detail his expectations for the treatment plan as well as dietary modifications which he himself holds important. He told us an example of what he does as far as exercise and diet which is refreshing to know that he practices what he is recommending. He never made us feel like he didn't have time for our appointment or that he was in a hurry. He remember all our names when we returned as well as certain things about our family that made us feel like we weren't just a number. There is a lab in the office and they will send you a copy of all your lab results in the mail. Dr. Eldridge also includes a letter that her writes explaining the lab work and what is recommendation is regarding changes in medication or if you need to call for a follow up based on results. The office staff is helpful and friendly which is a nice change from most places. We will continue to see Dr. Eldridge for many years to come! Glad we scheduled the appointment and waited! I had 5 rounds of injections both knees $10,000. But worth every penny . 3 years later I am still pain free. I am on Hadlima and I take meloxicam for psoriatic arthritis . I actually showed up an hour later than my scheduled appointment because I had the wrong time in my head, but they were still able to fit me in, which I really appreciated! One thing I would suggest is including the antihistamine instructions in the appointment confirmation text. I was told a few weeks beforehand that I couldn't take antihistamines for five days before testing, but by the time my appointment came around, I had completely forgotten. Since they already send text reminders, I think that would be a really helpful reminder for patients with busy schedules. I was able to get environmental allergy testing done later that week and ask all my questions with both the nurse and doctor. The doctor has a bit of an eccentric personality and sense of humor, which I personally didn't mind. Overall, everyone was kind, and I appreciated how accommodating they were!

I really liked her. I appreciated that she has early morning and Saturday hours. However, it is almost impossible to communicate with front office staff. I needed a PA for a prescription and was told it would be done the next day. I followed up with my insurance, who hadn't received anything, and reached back out to the office. I had a hard time getting through on the phone and voicemails/portal messages went unreturned. Eventually, I got a hold of someone who said it would be done that afternoon, but it did not, so I was back to square one with communication. This process repeated over and over. It took several weeks to get my PA, which would not have been a big deal if they had just communicated with me. Unfortunately, the communication difficulties were too frustrating and I switched providers.
