I was also told I would receive a callback to schedule treatment for my cavities, but I never heard back. When I later tried to schedule an appointment for both myself and my son, I was placed on hold for an extended period before the call was eventually disconnected. Nearly a year later, I received a call to schedule a routine cleaning, at which point I had already found another provider. Additionally, I was sold a mouthwash for $25, while my current dentist offers the same product for $12.49. Overall, I found the office to be unresponsive and lacking in professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice, as I did not feel that patient care was prioritized.

I asked about being on a waitlist if someone cancelled last minute and the receptionist acted like I was crazy. Oddly enough they had no problem scheduling an appointment for a more urgent issue (which will, of course, be more lucrative). Interestingly enough, I had an issue in the past where a hygienist berated me for not getting frequent enough cleanings. If you are looking for complete dental care options and not just emergency availability, I do not recommend this office.

Everyone else not so much, especially the dentist Dr. Williams. My fiancé has extreme dental anxiety and a very bad gag reflex. His first language is also not English, though he is fluent he still gets confused. With that being said our first visit when the assistant asked his birthday, he paused, which she responded with "you have to think about it?" And not in a joking tone, more annoyed. The rest of that appointment was okay, with Dr. Williams being very monotoned and didn't seem to care too much about my fiancé's appointment. When my fiancé came home one day after his fillings, he was CRYING. He said that his gag reflex was pretty bad during the appointment, and he gagged twice at the end which made Dr. Williams put down his tools and said "we are done here". He didn't say anything else to my fiancé and left. He felt very disrespected and upset. Next thing you know, two days later his fillings FELL OUT. At that point we made an appointment with my dentist to get a second opinion on some things as we were not happy with the work that was done at Aspen. My dentist took a few pictures and pointed out that aspen left some jagged pieces of filling, and my fiancés tooth is not smooth anymore? We did end up going back to aspen to fix his fillings and the other issues that my dentist pointed out, but ultimately they only refilled the filling, and again Dr. Williams left the room without speaking to us and left that to his assistant. Not only that but they didn't give my fiancé sunglasses until after blinding him with their light (that is being held on by tape mind you), and they also do not test your numbness before starting their procedures as they had to redo my fiancés anesthesia because it HURT HIM. He was not numb even though we sat for 30 minutes waiting for them to come back and start. He also cried about this appointment due to being in pain and Williams being rude. After seeing all the terrible reviews about him, I wonder how he is still holding a job. That's just terrible letting your customers continue to go through this because of that horrible doctor. It was only a checkup and all they did was read my x rays and sent me home, not even a cleaning. I understand maybe they're short staffed but if you're so short staffed you have people waiting almost two hours, with an appointment, you need to just close. I could get in and out of the ER faster than an appointment here. Absolutely insane, people have things to do.
