The key to the lockbox didn't work and there is no privacy. The rooms were a good size but again, the furniture is old and worn out! The room, like other reviews, was not fully cleaned. Loaded dishwasher wasn't ran, gum on a closet wall and toothpick still on the floor. Overall, if I can help it, I will not be returning.

My neighbor also received this response from Zapple when they didn't fix his door properly. I'd say, if you are a good tenant who pays your rent on time and expect the most basic, civil accommodation and respect in return, you won't get that from Zapple. They say they are improving the building, but really they still only want to rent people who don't complain and don't ask for much- usually people on drugs or who are so rude, loud and obnoxious, you'd be better off sleeping next to a train station.
