What the heck am I supposed to do with that? Luckily I was having the driveway ripped out and that company was very accommodating and helped me remove the debris. I'm no expert but their product has all the characteristics of green unseasoned wood, which doesn't burn. After chasing the company for a month to make me whole, they refuse to deliver and replace the defective product with a seasoned quality cord of wood that I paid for. I tried mixing 1 defective log with good logs and the bad log was always left hissing and smoking. This was very difficult for me because I'm 100% disabled. Use caution and beware of this company and their merchandise.

On the day of the service they came and cleaned up the leaves in the backyard but did not clean up the leaves in the front yard or perform the other duties that they agreed to in our contract. Although the work was not completed, they cashed the check I left for them. They left a note on the invoice they attached to my door that they will return sometime in the future, but did not specify a time. I reached out to the landscaping company and spoke to an Aaron who mentioned the workers should not have cashed the check because the work was not done and that the reason they did not perform the work was because they did not have the proper gloves to handle the prickly weeds in my front yard. He indicated they would return the following week to complete the work. They returned to do the work and completed a portion of the work but not the full job. I called the landscaping company again and left a message to return my call. I did not hear from them again so I called a second time and left a message indicating that I would leave a review based on the current services provided. I then received a call from Aaron indicating that based on the contract they were supposed to complete the work and to send pictures of what was not completed. He indicated he would contact me back as soon as he received the pictures showing the work that was unfinished. The very next day the snow fell. As I am a person of integrity, I cleared the areas of snow that were unfinished and sent the pictures to Aaron anyway. It has been five days and I have not heard back any word from the landscaping company. As of right now, I would not utilize the services of this company again because they do not seem to follow through or complete the work as requested or contracted. We had 2 trees taking down and 2 of the neighbors trees that were hanging in our yard trimmed, the…read more2 trees we had taking down were in a odd spot behind our garage that we don't have access to through our yard, Woodchuck was able to temporarily take down a section of chain link fence to access removal of the trees that they cut down using a lift over our garage in our yard and they also had to maneuver around many electrical and cable lines, they showed on time and completed the work in about 4 hrs and the clean up was amazing, the workers were very respectful and courteous, pricing is very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company for any service they provide also Joyce in the office was very pleasant to deal with
