As an agency, Reps understands that a portion of my income is from bringing in the customer, managing the process and making a small profit on marking up the printing cost. Again I have done that for over 20 years without a problem. Recently I was traveling and when the bill came through, (REPS wants COD payments, unlike my other vendors which offer 30 day terms) and REPS had a problem with my credit card on file, so they did the most unprofessional thing possible; Instead of waiting one week for me to return from my trip, they billed my customer directly at my cost. In my 40 years of running an agency, I have never had a vendor charge my customer directly. At this point I am not sure I will continue working with them since their attitude on this major break in client-vendor relationship was: We tried to bill your card and since it didn't go through we billed your customer. Oh Well.

I have been working with Lisa Paz-Furtado for my real estate needs since 2019…read more We sold our current home with Lisa and also bought a new home through her. She was able to sell our current home over asking and with multiple offers all within a week!! She staged the home very beautifully and it became a very popular home for the time it was on the market Throughout the process of searching for and purchasing our new home, Lisa was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. She was able to tap into her wealth of experience and correctly predict the price range for the homes we liked. We are yet to find an instance where Lisa was wrong :) . She was always bang on about the price range of a home and in the Bay Area market this is really helpful! What really stood out to me, though, was Lisa's dedication to making sure we found the perfect home. They listened carefully to our needs and preferences, and never pressured us into making a decision that didn't feel right. Even when we closed on our current home, she gave us contacts to contractors and painters to help us prepare the home for moving in. Overall, I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent. They truly exceeded our expectations in every way, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of our partnership. Thank you, Lisa, for all of your hard work and dedication

For first home buyers, i do advise spending some time discussing with other stakeholders that what do you really desire in the new home. Stephen was very sharp in identifying any red flags that could be related to structural faults in the home. This helped us to eliminate those homes which could likely incur cost and time in maintenance in future. Moreover, Stephen was very articulate and transparent about minute details of the property and area. We had good brain-storming sessions not only about current house market scenario but also looking into the future what factors are likely to affect housing market prices in the area. Stephen and Lisa ensured that our bidding process was smooth and not very stressful for us. Although since you put down a huge amount of money, it is normal to be stressed but we had trust in Stephen and Lisa that our money was going in the right direction. I would highly recommend Stephen and Lisa!

We were told by the woman who answered the phone that one person on the lease could qualify/co-sign for the other applicants. Based on that information, all three of us moved forward with the application, paid the required fees, had our credit checked, and even took the time to visit the property because we were told that was required. We were then denied because all applicants were required to individually meet the qualifications. That is the exact information we were trying to clarify BEFORE applying. Had we been given accurate information from the beginning, we would not have submitted the applications, paid the fees, taken the credit inquiries, or spent our time visiting the property. I understand that properties have qualification requirements, and I have no issue with a company enforcing them. My issue is being given information by an employee that directly influenced our decision to apply, only to later be denied based on a requirement that contradicted what we were told. This entire experience felt misleading and was completely avoidable with clear and accurate communication from the beginning.
