It was the best decision we made during such a busy time in our lives. Paul is incredibly professional and dependable. When we were on a time crunch to turn the place over to the new renters, Paul had the right contacts to get the place ready to be listed. Now that our renters have moved in, it truly saves us the headache of managing the renters needs. We know we can count on Paul to manage our property and to handle the small issues that occasional arise. His fees are well worth the care that he provides. I highly recommend choosing Paul as your property manager.

We had worked with a prior property manager who did not conduct a proper background check on previous tenants who caused us so much stress and money. I will not go into detail, but as I write this, I am still traumatized by the entire experience. However, I do feel more at ease now that Paul has taken over the property, we are no longer dealing with the prior tenants, Paul has helped get the property ready and listed and have found new tenants to occupy the property. Additionally, despite my husband and I being overseas for my husband's job and on a completely different time zone, Paul has always been responsive, diligent, trustworthy and fair. He was very hands-on and any repairs were done in a timely manner and at reasonable costs. I am also compelled to address a couple false reviews against Paul that were written by "Baked S." Baked S. was my previous tenant. Reviews by Baked S. are false and should not be taken into consideration. I urge you to look at his other Yelp and Google reviews and the responses to those reviews to get a sense of the kind of dishonest and unethical person he is. It was not Paul who found Baked S. to rent our home. My husband and I had worked with a previous property management company who did not conduct a thorough background check on Baked S. so we unfortunately fell victim to Baked S. Baked S. already gave notice to vacate our house even before Paul took on the property. He only lived at our house for about three months. Security deposit was timely returned to Baked S. There was no "active sewage, gas leaks, collapsed drainage, or structural instability" as Baked S. claims. In fact, the City had inspected the home and found it habitable and that there were no conditions rendering the home uninhabitable. When Paul listed our property for rent, which was long after Baked S. had moved out of the property, Baked S. attempted to prevent it from being rented by posting more false information on various websites and platforms about our home. Despite the trouble Baked S. caused and continues to cause us and Paul, Paul never left our side. We know that other property managers would never have worked with us or would have stopped working with us under these circumstances. We cannot express how lucky we are to have found Paul. We are hopeful that things will run smoothly as we continue to work with Paul.

They were always wonderful to work with, fixed issues promptly, never raised the rent, and I'm sure everyone who was a client of theirs was sad to see them go, but wishes them the best. Since then this place has been run into the ground by Pete, who hasn't the slightest clue how to run a business or interact with people. This review is of how CCP currently operates. I'm not even sure where to start. So many illegal practices such as-- Increasing the rent by almost 15% without notice. Not repairing basic services such as toilets that overflow raw sewage into the bathtub repeatedly. And not responding for multiple days at a time. Retaliation by evicting without cause when toilet issues are brought up. Not returning deposit within 21 days (claiming damage) but when I offer to come back and fix some basic things (paint, etc.) they claim I didn't even do the things I repaired. Dishwasher broke, and despite repeated correspondence with Justin (front desk) nothing was EVER done about it in the 9 months between bringing it up and moving out. Overall, very difficult to communicate and work with as a tenant. I have been immensely disappointed with their practices.

Whether you are a tenant or a homeowner, he is always attentive, friendly, and professional. Communication is always great and prompt just like all the bookkeeping, financial transactions, and taking care of all things related to the property, such as the gardening to repairs that are needed. There is something to be said when things are done the right way for their clients. Highly recommended.

Christian is a natural at creating structure and clarity, making the process organized and stress-free, while also encouraging us to lean on him for any questions or clarifications. What stood out most was his attentiveness--he never missed a detail, always followed up promptly, and made sure we felt fully informed at every step. He is personable, kind, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had all the information we needed. This review is based on the lack of professionalism indicated by Rob Baldwin. My fiancé and I were…read moreinterested in renting a home that had a sign out with Rob's info so we contacted him right away. He met with us the next morning to show us the home but we felt completely rushed since the walk through lasted less than 10 mins. We immediately paid cash to be able to fill out applications and turned in all required documents that were required. We really wanted to be able to move in by August 1st so we went home right after our meeting to collect all the documents Rob asked for. I tried getting in contact with Rob twice after not hearing back from him but was ignored. He took our deposit fee and did not run our credit reports. My fiancé and I have PERFECT Rental history, credit, job history, etc. We also provided Rob with two years worth of tax returns, current bank amounts, and bank deposit statements which all exceeded Rob's requirements. Since our reports were not ran, I asked for our money to be returned. Of course, no response from Rob. My agent was able to get in contact with him and was told that Rob chose another applicant to rent the home to. His decision was made even before checking our credit so he did not even consider renting to us and took our money knowing that he would not chose to rent the home to us. He was completely unprofessional by rushing us the day he showed us the house and by not getting back to us to let us know if we had been chosen or not. What's even more unprofessional is that he took our money knowing he would not lease to my fiancé and I. He has not returned our money and has not responded to texts and emails where we nicely ask for our money to be returned. I would NEVER do business with this man or this company. There are no excuses for the way Rob conducts himself as a "realtor".
