We rented a beautiful townhome through Mahoney Davison. The price and condition of the home was the best in the area. They require a showing prior to application submittal, which helped us secure a home during the high volume rental and home sales of 2021. Our Property Manger, Korin, was involved for the whole process from start to when we moved out at the end of our lease. We had little issues during our lease, however when we did need to connect with the company or Korin, they were readily available to handle any situation. They have a great support staff and excellent vendors to facilitate maintenance needs. The organization is constantly evolving to be better than they were the month or year before and strive to provide excellent customer service.

I followed up again and they tell me I never sent an ID (I did send an ID), and that the property was rented. I could not have done more and been more proactive to view an apartment. They dont return phone calls and they are not proactive. These people are awful. Kia De Borja is totally incompetent.
