Our accounting department staff is highly qualified and processes are strictly regulated. Our support staff is always helpful, kind, and answers the phone when it rings. Our office administration goes to great lengths to gather and continually update important information for each property, so support staff have the tools to provide answers. The complaints I see on YELP have more to do with owners not understanding how Board of Director decisions are carried out, not comprehending the distinction between HOA and owner maintenance, or thinking our office is able to personally oversee over 8,000 owners accounts. Owners are mailed late statements and can always look up their account online. I am very proud to work for a company that treats its employees incredibly well and is constantly seeking ways to improve service and be most efficient. Living in an HOA can sometimes be difficult and things can take longer than expected. I find once owners serve on the Board, they have a much better understanding and appreciation of the processes it takes to manage an HOA.

We rented a beautiful townhome through Mahoney Davison. The price and condition of the home was the best in the area. They require a showing prior to application submittal, which helped us secure a home during the high volume rental and home sales of 2021. Our Property Manger, Korin, was involved for the whole process from start to when we moved out at the end of our lease. We had little issues during our lease, however when we did need to connect with the company or Korin, they were readily available to handle any situation. They have a great support staff and excellent vendors to facilitate maintenance needs. The organization is constantly evolving to be better than they were the month or year before and strive to provide excellent customer service.

Then they wanted another ID, so I sent another ID. I booked 6 appointments to tour the property that were all ignored. I followed up again and they tell me I never sent an ID (I did send an ID), and that the property was rented. I could not have done more and been more proactive to view an apartment. They dont return phone calls and they are not proactive. These people are awful. Kia De Borja is totally incompetent.
