Since everything had gone so well with selling my home with Kimberly and James. I decided to have them help me find my new home as well. This was not an easy task because the market was incredibly tough. And I am a very picky person. Kimberly and James have true grit! They have unwavering values. Through it all they displayed loyalty, commitment and honesty. They were there for me every step of the way. Every question and every issue, from inspection and negotiation to lifting contingencies and getting the keys to my new home... they were there! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

During my initial weekend visit, she quickly understood my preferences and helped me narrow down my search. When a promising property came on the market after I returned to Boston, she provided such a thorough video tour that I felt like I was walking through it myself. Her responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. Kimberly truly went above and beyond at every turn. She coordinated inspections, arranged for deep cleaning before my move-in, signed for my new bed delivery and setup, and even agreed to receive my car delivery over the Christmas holidays. As a newcomer to California, I was overwhelmed with logistics, but she guided me through everything from acquiring insurance in a fire-risk area to understanding the nuances of Oakmont Village's different sub-HOA requirements. She connected me with reliable inspectors, contractors/handymen, and service providers, drawing on her extensive network and experience flipping homes with her husband. Whether answering questions herself or quickly connecting me with the right expert, her follow-through was impeccable. If you're buying a home--especially from out of state--Kimberly is the best!

They not only were able to quickly identify numerous properties that met our criteria, but also were willing to provide virtual/video tours when we could not travel to view the home in person. When it came time to make an offer, Autymn and Chelsea were there to advise us and help us determine terms that were to our advantage and felt good. They supported us during a packed physical inspection period, spending an entire day (plus several hours on two other days) onsite after booking inspectors for a variety of trades and areas. Most importantly, they arranged for inspections we didn't even realize we should have (like our water filtration system - kind of important in hindsight!). They represented us well throughout escrow, ensuring that negotiations were respectful while holding firm in our priorities. In short, they worked their butts off while making the entire experience a breeze for us. KB Properties is worth every penny they earn, and then some. We wholeheartedly recommend them, and intend to use them for any future real estate needs we have in the area.

She made that process incredibly fast and effortless, bringing in multiple offers without a hitch. So, when we recently decided to buy a new home, returning to her was the easiest decision we could have made, and she completely exceeded our expectations once again. Rhonda perfectly balances being incredibly sweet with being fiercely professional. When we found a house we originally wanted, she drafted a flawless offer. Unfortunately, the sellers decided they wanted more than their asking price, and we were crushed. Rhonda didn't miss a beat; she immediately jumped into action, pivoted, and ended up finding us our absolute dream forever home. Knowing exactly what it takes to win in this market, she crafted the perfect offer letter and fought hard to get it accepted right before the house even hit its first weekend open house. After that, she put the entire process on cruise control for us. We closed in under 3 weeks, and we barely had to lift a finger. Rhonda handled absolutely everything and went far beyond what is expected of a real estate agent to take the stress out of the process. She scheduled all of our inspections and followed up on the findings, personally took specific photos of the house to satisfy our home insurance requirements, and seamlessly set up the title and signing. She even provided us with her trusted, local contact list for a handyman, cleaning person, and appliance repair. If you want an agent who will guide you with genuine care and handle every single detail from start to finish, call Rhonda. We are so incredibly grateful to be in our forever home!

I was looking to refinance our property due to the rumored crazy low interest rates. I was referred to another company (Stearns) by a close friend and they offered me 1.01% lower than my current rate. This was a nice savings for me but I was skeptical and wanted to play the game searching for something better. This is when I started reaching out to others I knew. Next was 1.25% lower than my current rate. This was good too but I wasn't done. Sheila came in as the winner by being able to offer me the rate of the day lowering my rate 1.375% lower than my current. I immediately jumped on board. Right away I could tell the level of service and detail that Sheila provides in her profession. I was asked questions I've never been asked before raising my antenna as to why nobody at these other companies asked me these questions. She even took the time to explain a lot of things, and I mean a lot, she basically had to hold my hand at points because I'm not very familiar with these processes and this industry and I ask a lot, and I mean a lot of questions. She was patient, kind and professional all throughout the processes. I greatly appreciate having someone who is knowledgeable, experienced as well as kind to make this process as smooth and seem less as possible. She's now my real estate person, and could be yours too. Don't make the same mistake I did, call her 1st. Next time I know I will. Thanks Sheila. Love my new payment!

My brother and I selected Daphne based on her great reputation and many years in the business. My Father's home was a substantial asset for us and we knew we needed experienced representation. Daphne helped with the preparation and did a beautiful job with the marketing. We pulled the house off the market after a month of no offers in order to do renovations. Within a few days, the 2017 Tubbs fire happened. I had to evacuate but we were in touch frequently over the next week or so and I felt blessed the house was spared (during the evacuation, Daphne sweet talked her way past the police barricade to make sure the house was still standing and undamaged, and texted my brother and me a photo - we were so thrilled and relieved!). Daphne called us about a week after the fire and asked if we would put the house back on the market "as is". We thought she was crazy, but she really understood what was happening in the market and timing. We got 7 offers and received about $150,000 over our asking price. We were so grateful for her amazing guidance as this was our legacy. The following year I decided to sell my house and buy a house in a different neighborhood. Daphne provided wise advice about buying before selling so that I would be protected in the process and I wound up buying a home I just love in a neighborhood that I love. I could not be happier. A few months after I purchased my new home, I had Daphne list my other home for sale. She worked with me all the way through. She had great referrals for the help I needed to do the improvements she recommended in order to get top dollar. Then she found a great stager that worked with some of my furnishings and brought in some to fill in. The result was beautiful! The marketing she did was so beautiful and eye catching, I felt very proud of how it looked. And, I received an outstanding offer very quickly (in two or three days). Daphne helped me with the negotiations and I felt like it was a win-win for everyone, plus, I received over- asking price on this home, too! (This review is based on our experiences with Ken in 2016.)…read moreKen is the best! We've used a few Sonoma County realtors. One when we were looking to move here, and started looking in Petaluma. We have a wonderful young lady helping us, but she had to quit to take care of some family issues. So we found another agent, who did assist us in getting our home in Rohnert Park, but we did not like him at all. When we started to look to move out of RP 10 years later, we found a very nice young lady who was very helpful in our initial home search in Windsor, but when we found Ken to sell our RP home, we liked him so much, we wanted him to help us find our new home, too. He really helped us sell our home, and sell it fast. He had plenty of helpful advice to get it sold, and he put up with a lot of our delays on cleaning/packing/moving, etc. He was very knowledgeable about homes in the area, and would point things out along the lines of, "Where would you put the TV?", "I don't know if this roof can handle the weight of those solar panels," "This is a unique home, but that could make it hard to sell in the future," "Very close to railroad tracks, and the train will be coming through here soon" - Not exact quotes, but you get the idea. He would point out things that are easy to overlook when you are distracted by a big fancy kitchen or lovely backyard. If we ever decide to move again, we would not hesitate to hire Ken to sell our home in Windsor, and we'd love to have him help us find a new home, unless we were moving out of the area. He also took some great photos of our RP home, which I'm sure helped to find buyers.

With her recommendations, within weeks our house went from a real fixer-upper situation to a pretty good lookin little place making it really stand out once it was on the market.
