After unsuccessfully trying to sell the home with another realtor, we decided to consider Abby as our listing agent. After reviewing her current listings, past sales, and the impressive marketing efforts of her team, particularly on social media, we felt confident she was the right choice. Not only did she meet our expectations, but she exceeded them. Abby sold the home quickly and delivered on every marketing promise she made. Throughout the entire process, her exceptional communication, follow-through, and genuine commitment to representing our interests made all the difference. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that our home was in the best hands. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A 10/10 experience!

Carol Massie is an angel. A smart, hardworking, relentless, and organized angel who handled my…read moremother's estate in Nacogdoches. I was so blessed to have found her (she was referred to me from another estate sales woman who couldn't do the job). Carol had another job coming up, so we agreed she would do all the prep work for my mom's estate, but could not hold the actual sale until she completed the other job. She worked over three weeks on the prep--put in so much effort and detail into preparing for the sale, researching, dialoguing with me about specific items, and bringing in a team to make sure the townhome was clean and inviting. Even though the prep work on her other job would start the following week, she managed to hold the sale for my mom's estate the weekend before. She didn't want me to have to wait. I know she was exhausted. Carol organized my mom's things beautifully, labelled many of them, took amazing photos, and promoted the sale online and in the local paper. Plus she brought in some of her previous customers. The results were amazing--almost three times what I had expected, and the percentage she took for the huge amount of work she did, was more than fair. I really appreciated the stories she shared with me after the sale from people who were there who knew my mom, or those who appreciated items she and my dad had bought overseas. Carol is so nice, compassionate, easy to talk to, and was so sensitive to my own grieving process. She treated my mom's belongings like treasures, not just things. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful job, so much easier. For that, I am so grateful to her. I highly recommend Carol and her expert services.

Carol was professional in every step of the process and treated Mom's belongings like special treasures. You can trust Carol and her team to beautifully organize and also research the value of discovered treasures. The prep work that Carol completed prior to the actual sale was exhaustive and way beyond what I had expected. Most importantly, I was completely confident in trusting Carol to work alone and prepare for the sale. Carol did an excellent job with advertising, and the results were amazing! I highly recommend Carol and Heavenly Country Estate Sales!

Macias Remodeling did an outstanding job transforming our kitchen, bathrooms, entryway, and living…read moreroom. Maroni Macias works with his own dedicated crew -- no subcontractors -- so the project moved quickly without ever sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship shows in every detail: perfectly painted cabinets and drawers, soft-close bumpers throughout, a tiled backsplash and bar front, and beautiful luxury vinyl plank and tile flooring. The painters clearly knew their craft, with prep work solid enough to keep everything looking great for years. They even solved a tricky structural problem, turning an awkward two-inch step-down between our hallway and living room into a smooth, invisible slope. Maroni is hands-on and onsite regularly, keeping his crew organized and efficient -- no delays, no wasted time. They cleaned up thoroughly every single day, which made living in the house through the remodel far more manageable. Every request was handled quickly and politely, and the service went well beyond the job itself -- moving furniture back into place, hanging pictures, even cleaning our windows and glass cabinet doors and shelves. Highly recommend Macias Remodeling for exceptional workmanship and truly thoughtful service.

I chose her because of her energy and enthusiasm for the townhome, despite some obvious need for repair. Her first suggestion was to tear away one side of the crumbling fence (neighbor's fence was attached), and even referred a wonderful handyman, Jimmy, to do it for me. She worked with my estate sales lady during the sale, and took care of so many little things that I couldn't because of my living in California. Within a week of the listing I had an offer, which we accepted. Of course there were inspections and negotiations back and forth, but the deal went through and just closed.
