I began my real estate journey with Keller Williams Advisors (formerly Keller Williams Benchmark Properties) right after earning my real estate license, while I was pregnant with my first child 7+ years ago. After interviewing three other brokerages, I chose Keller Williams because of their training, technology, and the family-like atmosphere of this particular office. I felt that the people here would genuinely support one another's success and foster a close-knit, positive, and encouraging environment -- exactly what I was looking for. It turns out I was right, and the office has continued to improve, even through changes in ownership. If you're an agent looking for the best training, the best people, and an amazing office environment, look no further -- KW is the one! read more

I want to take a moment to express my deep respect and high regard for KW Benchmark Properties in Fremont, CA. I bought my first home through a KW agent and I absolutely regret choosing them over Redfin or other companies. Now after living the home for sometime we're realizing that the agent always just made the statements or answered our questions to just get the deal closed and so KW can get 2.5% of the purchase price. The agent always used to say whatever homes we visit that the homes would go at-least 100k above, and even for the home we bought we paid 102k above price, which I do not think was worth. People in same community are buying for much lesser -- because they are not using KW. I think the agent just tried to get the deal closed for their maximum profit. It is my first and last time with KW. read more

I contacted Ricky in April of 2011 letting him know that I would like to start looking for a place of my own soon, however I told him that there might be a few obstacles that we'd have to go through to see if I'd qualify for a loan. Initially, I was going down the route of an FHA loan, he directed me to one of his colleagues and I later found out I wouldn't qualify and that I'd have to wait for a year. Ricky told me he'd check in with me in 6 months to see how things were going. In November somethings changed and I decided that I would go with a conventional loan, which means I didn't have to wait the 1 year period. Ricky put me in contact with Dan and got me pre-approved. We then started looking for a place. After several weekends of going to city to city and a variety of different complexes, (Ricky couldn't come with me some weekends and had his colleague Nicole show me around when he couldn't)I finally found the one I was willing to put a offer down on. After a month of negotiations (because the seller's agent would only get back to us once a week), the seller finally gave a counter I couldn't refuse. I thought it'd be smooth sailing after that. However we ran into a couple of unforseen issues that I guess might have scared a few people away, but i know a good deal when I see one! lol. So I patiently waited and with Ricky and Nicole's help they guided me through the whole process from start to finish and I couldn't have done it without them! They even acted as a the "Sellers Agent", as the agent for the seller was unresponsive, didn't fill out forms right (or even at all), and left them up to Ricky or Nicole to figure out. I am forever thankful for all the work they have done for me! I highly recommend Ricky or Nicole if you are looking for a new home or even an investment property. I will definitely be using them on my next venture! read more

Here's the thing.. many people who have a sales job will work with you long enough to sell you a product to earn their commission and that's it. After that, you're just another name on their "sold" list, you're just another face in the crowd. They've already gotten what they need from you (commission), so there's really no point to continue speaking to you, right? (Kind of like that womanizer you met back in college - you know who I'm referring to.. ) Well, let me tell you, this man, TONY DOOT, is nothing like "those other guys." It's has been a few years since Tony helped us find our amazing house.. He still checks in on us every once in a while to make sure we're doing well and still loving our house, which we really appreciate. We recently had an problem at the house and Tony actually answered his phone while on vacation to help save the day! Tony is amazing at his job and our family was so lucky to have been able to work with him. We found it within 2 months because Tony worked with us nonstop via emails, texts, and of course, those numerous in-person open homes. He is extremely knowledgeable in every real estate question we threw out there. If you want a realtor to waste your time, feel free to call the other guys. But if you want a genuinely awesome realtor and you want to find your new home quick, then you need to call and ask for TONY DOOT!! read more

Too bad yelp only allows 5 stars, because Fran Hoang at the Fremont Keller Williams deserves 10+ stars!!!! After one long year of looking for our first home, we finally found "THE-ONE" thanks to Fran. Bear with me since I have A LOT to say about her and the service she provided my wife and I. I've known Fran and the team that she has worked with for over 5 years, and when it came time for my wife and I to look for our first home, it was a no brainer but to contact the Enko Team. Fran was going to take the reigns and guide us into a journey that we couldn't have imagined was going to play out the way it did. She first took time to understand what type of people we were, our needs, wants, expectations, etc. and then we figured out how often we wanted to hear from her with new listings and her other findings. From the list of listings she would send us, we selected a couple that we wanted to see and scheduled a time to view these properties. We met at the KW office and away we went getting chauffeured around Fremont, Newark, and Union City. After that appointment/showing, Fran basically had a better idea of what we were really looking for. She recommended websites that I could view that listed new listings if I got bored at work. We found out this worked out the best for us. We were able to view listings online, and if anything caught our attention, we'd contact her and she would show it to us. Pretty convenient since I'm on the computer all day for work. She went even as far as picking up my wife at home and driving her to me at different properties on my way home from work! Through the entire year, we found what we "thought" would be homes to make offers on, but Fran knew exactly what we wanted and recommended other wise. It was totally our decision, but she was good at bringing up some very valid points, and we valued her honesty. We built a trust and a relationship with her and we always asked for her honest opinion. Her main thing was that she didn't want us buying a house that we weren't 100% happy with. Fast forward to the house we just moved in to... We went into contract on a short sale property in February, and now its the end of May. They should really call short sales a long sale! JEEZ! Anyways, Fran gave us weekly updates letting us know details about the banks and what the listing agents were doing to get the process to move forward. In the end, the bank wanted more money from the seller which wasn't going to happen at that point. Fran decided to give up a percentage of her commission just to get the ball rolling!!!! Once we got the bank's approval, we ordered inspections, signed more docs, and before we knew it, we had the opportunity to close before our expected date! The day we received the keys was like a celebration for all of us. She's been EXTREMELY patient with us, and we can't thank her enough! One thing we thought that was very convenient through this entire process was Fran's accessibility. She was available via phone, text, email, and g-chat... a constant open line of communication = WINNING! Not only do we have a realtor for life, we've gained an awesome friend in the process! Thank you SOOOO much for being a part of our lives and getting us into our first home to begin this new chapter of life! Looking to buy or sell a home? DEFINITELY contact Fran Hoang for all of your real estate needs! SERIOUSLY!!!! read more

I think what distinguishes an ordinary agent from an extraordinary one is the addition of how personally driven they are to find that house or land that price. TONY DOOT was personally driven for us. This man cares so deeply for his clients; he will remain a part of our life forever. Our story is an FHA loan one - we were hunting for a first-time home in the SF Bay Area...not an easy task because housing prices are crazy high. It's typical in the area to go way over asking price, and we couldn't afford to do that. We were not terribly competitive. On top of that, we had additional needs. Our special needs child demanded a special kind of home that narrowed our available options. TONY DOOT was up for the challenge. I know this may all seem like I'm some sort of a shill for Tony, or minimally that this is just a schmaltzy oversell on his efforts. But I really think the world of buyers in my area would do better if they knew about Tony. He's so passionate for his clients, and isn't that what we all want? Objectively, he worked so hard for us compared to other people buying that I've heard about. Anyway, What our situation all meant was that Tony had to go to a ton more houses with us. We went out each week, traveling from home to home, identifying houses that would work with our family. On our drives he'd tell us about clients he'd had the pleasure to find homes for. He loves his past clients. We placed offers, and they were outbid. Again and again. Our seventh offer was finally accepted, and Tony made sure our escrow was made to match up with our rental date ending, so that we had no rent overlay due with our new mortgage. So thoughtful. In the sales process, Tony negotiated closing costs down to nothing, an unusual thing in our area. He did this to help us cover costs on initial things that would need service immediately in our new place. Long after close, Tony has been in touch with us, just making sure we have everything we need as first time home buyers, available to help us get the support we need. TONY DOOT's a terrific, personally committed, honest and dependable agent. You'll be lucky if he takes you on. read more

This review is for Madeline Weaver, one of the realtors. I recently bought a home and I'm a first timer, so the process was very new and daunting! Madeline was my realtor and promised she'd be there for every step of the way. She was. She explained every step of escrow and was always there to answer any questions I had. My experience was unique because she was the same realtor for the seller and buyer (me), which can be a difficult position to be in. Even so, she stayed neutral and fair throughout the whole process. I would recommend Madeline to anyone I know and I'd go to her in the future to have her be my realtor! read more

I was amazed at how knowledgeable and accommodating most all the agents are at Keller Williams. RicK Geha is truly amazing in his knowledge of the Fremont real estate market. I was very pleased that he had at the tip of his fingers all the detailed information most every time I asked about Schools, public transportation for my children and best values for purchase. I am very pleased with his performance and highly recommend him to any one moving into the area who need advice and guidance in the real estate market. My family and friends will be confident and comfortable for years to come when working with Rick. I was very please to find out after meeting and working with Rick that thousand of other real estate agents go to him for training, advice and guidance when working with their clients. I am happy we can go strait to the source for real estate questions. read more

I worked with Ron Nasir when we made our first offer on a house, which we got! He is an aggressive, results oriented agent who has extensive experience. I trusted him and he goes above and beyond to make the client happy. When we had issues with HomeGuard, who performed our home inspection, he had the VP call me personally to assure me that it would be resolved. This is exceeded my expectations and Ron was skillful at communicating the issue and negotiating the fix. I also benefited from him being close by so he stopped by after closing to fix a leaky shower stall, which is unheard of for a realtor and I sincerely appreciate his willingness to do so. He is highly communicative and moves fast, but you have to slow him down if you need him to explain things you don't understand which he does willingly. I feel very lucky to have worked with Ron. I would recommend Ron to all my friends. It's great to work with someone at the top of his game. read more

My short sale experience, Where do I begin.. through a series of very unfortunate events I was in dire need to short sell my house and I had no idea really where to begin. I kept hearing different stories from different people. All I knew was I had to get this done ASAP! Everyone's short sale experience is unique and I didn't want to risk a foreclosure. I needed to talk to a realtor. I originally walked over and asked the realtor who was selling a neighbors house on what I needed to do to get started. The response I received was very uninterested in sharing any substantial info to me or even really looked at me as a possible client, to be honest that realtor was condescending. What I basically got out of it was that it's going to be a hard thing to accomplish and I may not even have any luck and my house may and probably will foreclose. This coming from one of the leading "area specialist" realtors. I tried contacting another area specialist and he didn't really seem to care as well. It seemed to me a short sale gets lower priority compared to a regular buy/sell scenario. My stress went up exponentially. I knew after those brief moments I needed to find someone who I could count on to take care of my housing dilemma. Time was running out fast! A couple of my close friends had referred me to speak with Francoise (Fran) Hoang who is a realtor in Fremont, CA. At the time all of this was going on my house was in Santa Clara, CA about 20 minutes away. The distance worried me initially a lot to be honest. I was always told to speak with an area specialist, but clearly I needed to speak to someone who cares about their client's best interest. Fran and I made contact via email and setup an appointment. Upon our first meeting she put me at ease, answered all my questions and concerns. Fran was very warm, welcoming and concerned with doing what she could to help with my housing woes. Fran was detailed and thorough on exactly what I needed to do, what information to get to her and how to contact the banks. I got more out of that meeting than I did from others as well as looking up info myself. Remember everyone's situation is unique, and all banks take care of their loans differently. Soon enough my house was on the market. My situation I had to deal with two loans, I also had to have weekly status updates with the banks on my progress with the short sale. Every week or multiple times a week I would ask the bank if there was anything I needed to give them or any updates they required from me, and their response was always Fran took care of it. Not only was Fran on top of getting my house sold, she also took care of making sure my loans and other paperwork at the banks kept moving. Could you believe one of the bank processors went on vacation and left my paperwork idle? Fran kept it moving. Fran was also able to postpone the foreclosure of my house 3 times by keeping my paperwork moving and active. If my house would have foreclosed any of those times, it was because of lack of management on the banks side. Fran had everything under control, and kept me updated on status. Fran had a lot of work cut out for her negotiating between the buyer (or buyers) and two banks. One bank is difficult enough, and I had two. Fran always had everything under control. My house sold and I had to pay the banks NOTHING. I was so happy and relieved this burden had been released from my shoulders. I will conclude this about my experience with Fran. Fran is very warm, welcoming, detailed oriented, organized and is extremely pleasant to work from the start. As the short sale process moved forward I realized Fran is very sharp, dynamic and quickly adjusts as the process evolved or changed. Fran always had everything under control, and took care of it with a smile on her face. Anything dealing with housing has a lot of stress associated with it due to how large of an investment a house is, but I can say this that Fran took the stress out of it for me. Not only did Fran take care of my house and made me feel it was a priority to her unlike the other realtors I mentioned earlier, Fran also had other listings and clients in parallel who were also well taken care of. Fran is amazing. I can go on and on, but I urge you if you are looking for a realtor, please consider Fran. You will not be disappointed. read more

We worked with Ingrid Crachian from Keller williams benchmark properties to buy our first home. Being a first time buyer we had very little knowledge about the home buying process. Professional!! Janki Patel is the best real estate agent we have ever come across. She stands apart from other agents in her professional approach and her strong business acumen. From the beginning she was proactive and provided us with advice in our home search and made time even if she was busy to show us a number of properties within our budget. She LISTENED to our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. She always kept our budget in mind and did not pressure us in spending more than we can afford. In fact she tried to keep us under our budget. She thought out of the box and showed us a property which was initially outside of the area we were looking in but she knew we would fall in love with it because she took the time to understand our needs. The property was a short sale and while other agents would have encouraged us to pursue a property that would have been a faster sale, she realized how much we liked the property and put in the work to help us get it. We truly appreciated everything she has done for us and recommend her to anyone in search of a new home. read more

I was a happy participant in the City of Fremont's First Home Buyers program for 9 years. The time for change came in my life and I desired to sell my home. Although I found a buyer on my own accord, the city of Fremont suggested I retain the services of a professional Real Estate agent to assist me with the many layers of paper I would endure as a first time seller. I contacted several local Real Estate agents to discuss obtaining their services with selling my home. While others were too aggressive and wanted to charge me the same fee as they would if they found me a buyer, I found the perfect match in the lowest fee and friendliest person in Madeline Weaver of Keller Williams Benchmark Properties. When I first contacted Ms. Weaver, I informed her I was contacting her to get a price quote and inquire about her professional experience. Madeline has been a successful local realtor for over 7 years, took the time to explain real estate jargon in easy to understand phrases, made me feel welcome, and quoted me the best possible fee. I thanked her for her time, told her I would be contacting other realtors with similar inquires, and would contact her later if I chose her. After I was done with my research, it was a no brainer to select Madeline Weaver of Keller Williams. My professional relationship with Ms. Weaver lasted four months. As mentioned before, she was assisting me with the paperwork in selling my home. During the first month, I became terribly ill with a severe case of the flu for 2 weeks. I was not able to work, nor did I have the strength or desire to leave my home. Madeline visited my home, sometimes twice a day to sign paperwork. From the beginning of my experience with her to the end, Madeline kept me up to date on the latest news regarding the sale of my home with daily telephone calls. Ms. Weaver always put my schedule first and arranged her appointments to meet my needs. I am a person of high detail in my professional and personal life. I have a copy of every contract I have ever signed and won't sign a document until I read it and thoroughly understand what the terms are. This was unfamiliar territory for me as a new seller. Ms. Weaver took her time with me, explained details and terms that I wasn't familiar with, and made sure I was comfortable with the terms before I signed them. There was an instance where I was unfamiliar with inspections and hesitated to agree to certain provisions. Again, Ms. Weaver assured me proper protocol was being followed and after further consideration I was confident my best interests were being served. At the end of escrow, one of the financial institutions tried to force me to close escrow early, causing me aggravation as my home was not finished packing and my new place was not quite ready. Madeline used the highest moral principles in finding a fair compromise between both parties. With my professional and personal reputation as collateral, I give Madeline Weaver of Keller Williams the highest possible recommendation to any potential buyer or seller. Whether you are a first time buyer/seller or have experience in doing so, I am confident Ms. Weaver will provide you with the highest possible service. read more

I can't say enough good things about Ron Nasir. He was great to work with through every step of the process. In particular he did an amazing job once we found a house we wanted to try to buy. There were several offers and we didn't submit the best one but our offer was accepted because of his work. He gave us great advice about how to present our offer and his professionalism convinced the seller's realtor that it would be best to work with him. We would not have our home right now if it wasn't for Ron. I also appreciate his responsiveness even after the sale was completed. I was impressed by his knowledge of home construction and repair. He continued to answer questions and helped find contractors and other services we needed as we prepared to move in. I highly recommend working with Ron. Corrine Horvath is an excellent realtor. For a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing or where to begin. Corrine was calm, patient and understanding. Buying a home can make you feel nervous and afraid, especially if it is your first time. But, Corrine took it slow with me and showed me properties within my price range and met the criteria on my wish list. She made my dreams come true, and for that I am thankful. Me and my wife met Mohan Lallian at an open house in Fremont when we just started looking for a single family house and he took our information as to what we are looking for what our budget is etc., and said he will send some properties that match our criteria. We forgot all about it when we never heard back from him and the next weekend got a call from him asking if we had taken a look at the listings he sent to us and we said no we never received anything, as it turns out he promptly sent the listings but the email ended up in junk mail folder. The reason I am mentioning this to say how prompt he is even for a stranger, it is in best interested to get in touch with the prospective buyer and that is his job you would think but there is more to it. Here are some great qualities that you will find in Mohan that you may not find in other real estate agents. - He is very honest unlike others I have consulted with - He is not your average real estate agents who wants to just sell you something, collect his commission and move on never to call you back. - He knows the everything there is to know about the current real estate market - He provides unbiased and honest feedback on the properties that he shows you (always take his first impression of the property) - He will work with you and answer any and all your questions at any time of the day (including weekends) - He makes exceptions and goes beyond his normal duty as a real estate agent to help show you the properties you are interested in. - It seems he never gets tired of answering all your questions and is always trying to be helpful - He always picks up his calls and promptly returns calls if he can not. - He always gives good advice and does not force you make hasty decisions - He is more than a real estate agent, he is your friend long after you bought the house and is there to help you in any way he can. - Being a first time home buyer I sometimes did not believe what he said about the properties but they always turned out to be true - He will help you find the best folks for your home inspection/repair/improvement We are glad we picked him as our agent and stuck with him throughout the buying process and he remained one of our trusted friends. I absolutely recommend Mohan to anyone who wants to buy a house, especially if you are a first time home buyer who wants to know everything about buying a house and have tons of questions. Remember you need someone who you can trust and who knows everything about the property that he sold you and everything that you did to improve the house when it is time to sell your house. read more

****Excellent Experience***Keller Williams Benchmark Bocage Team!!! ****Thank you Ingrid Crachian**** I don't have enough words to express my complete satisfaction with Keller Williams and one of the greatest real estate agents I have ever dealt with "Ingrid Crachian". After searching for 6 months with 3 other realtors to find a home I almost gave up because all 3 realtors did not give my family the attention we needed as serious buyers and my family and friends advised me it was because some realtors base the attention they give some clients is based upon how much your looking to purchase a home for. It was so bad that I started to call other listing agents myself so I could get status on homes we were interested in, but I am very glad I did because I came in contact with Ingrid Crachian while calling on one of Keller Williams listings. I then had a great conversation with Ingrid in regards to my struggle to find a home with our pre-approval amount and she made a comment that stood out to me after dealing with 3 San Jose real estate agents that treated me as a purchase price vs a customer, Ingrid said " I treat all my clients with the same Excellent Customer Service whether your purchasing a $100,000 property or a Multi Million dollar property because the client always comes first". After Ingrid made that statement I chose to meet with her to see some homes in Newark and I am very glad I did because she stood by our side as we looked at many homes from Fremont, Newark, Milpitas and San Jose and there was many times we were indecisive on submitting offers and one minute we wanted to put an offer on one property but then we changed our minds and wanted to put the offer on a different property but she was very patient with our family as we continued to search and best of all she kept her words and treated us like we were purchasing a multi million dollar home when in fact we were we were purchasing a fraction of that. Ingrid would return my emails, calls and text messages almost immediately which was something I didn't get from 3 of the San Jose realtors I had dealt with for months. I also had expressed to Ingrid my concern with my lender being able to finalize approval, fund and close on time once we got into a contract, she then advised me that it was my decision but she could refer me to a lender she works with and I am glad she did because Ingrid helped us find the perfect home that we fall in love with and she walked every step of the way with us and showed up at the inspections and she was asking questions to the inspectors I would have not even thought of asking and we got our loan funded and closed escrow on time YESTERDAY!!!! (Couldn't wait to YELP.Thanks to Keller Williams & The Bocage Team for having an EXCELLENT agent like Ingrid Crachian!!! Our Family owes so much to Ingrid for her patients and dedication to finding us a home we love and more than satisfied with and mos of all Ingrid helped with our biggest issue and that was finding a home in San Jose so we wouldn't have to move our lives to another city because Silicon Valley is not cheap. I wish I could give her way more stars because they were earned and well deserved. read more

Corrine Horvath is your woman! Words can not express how satisfied I have been with her. Starting with prepping the house, being there for all inspections, answering my frantic calls at all hours to making the overwhelming process of selling a home a calm experience. She is a total sweetheart. Corrine always knows what to say and makes you feel confident in this huge decision. Anything you need done, she's the one you can honestly count on. Corrine also helped me look for rental properties for after my sale. She went above & beyond to make sure I was informed and understood all my options and made the paperwork a breeze. I definitely recommend Corrine Horvath! read more

Tony Doot is the best! We started looking in the beginning of february, and we are now holding the keys to our home in April. Tony has gone above and beyond the duties of a realtor. He listens to what you are looking for and helps you get all of the things on your wish list in a home. He knows this bay area like the back of his hand and most importantly, he knows the ins and outs of the negotiating and purchasing process. He is helpful, honest and knowledgable. I could go on and on but trust me on this, if you choose Tony as your realtor, you will not regret it. read more

We worked with JANKI PATEL to find our first home. What we went through in the process was terrible for any home buyer, but for especially a first time home buyer. And at that time, if you want anyone on your side helping you, then it is Janki Patel ! She helped us throughout the entire process. We saw few houses together but she listened to our needs and quickly understood them to show us the perfect home for us. The process was long, or at least it felt like for newbie home buyer! But she stayed in contact throughout the entire process, phone calls, emails, texts. She went above and beyond her job duties to help us make the right decision. We got into a tricky situation with the lender. Janki stepped up and fought for us with the lender. She helped us negotiate with the seller, help with all the home inspections/repairs. She made sure that we stuck with the original timeline of the contract to get things done on time and don't incur additional charges. After a long process, we were able to close on time and get most things done on our terms -- and we couldn't have done it without Janki's help. So if you want a serious realtor who truly works for you, call Janki Patel. You won't regret it. read more

Make very sure that your agent is not under the supervision of Pamela Todd at Keller Williams. She was hired to do a simple government HAFA short sale. AND there was already a valid offer on the table from approved buyers. A chimp could have done it. It was like money falling from the sky for a real estate agent. However, three months later she was still getting pushed around by a 19 year old at the bank and two junior lien holders that weren't actually owed a penny under any law. Pam Todd has absolutely no knowledge or experience with short sales, HAFA short sales, or the various banks and entities involved with short sales. But she'll sure try to lie to you and tell you she does. She didn't even bother to Google the cut and dry HAFA short sale rules and regulations. She was just too busy being incompetent and pretending she had any idea or experience with what was going on. Ms. Todd also provided 2 sets of false short sale paperwork to the tenant at the property. The tenant only found out that the house wasn't actually in short sale escrow when the bank filed the foreclosure sale date with the County Clerk Recorder's office. Ms. Todd didn't even have the integrity, morals, or ethics to tell either the buyers of the house, or the tenant, that she let the house go into foreclosure. And this seemed to have happened simply because she kept trying to pay out large sums of money to people that weren't actually owed anything under the HAFA short sale program, or any short sale program for that matter. Her first clue that they weren't owed anything should probably have been when they gave her giant ransom numbers, but didn't fight about ending up with absolutely nothing. She should really try either going to some sort of real estate school, or using that thing they call 'A Google Machine' to do a better job of faking it. The saddest thing was when the buyers came to the front door, of what they thought was their new house, a week after she put the house in foreclosure. They still thought they were in escrow! It was so sad. Their family had been so excited. Again, that's Pamela Todd at Keller Williams in Fremont, CA. She hides behind her agents in some pop-up office, so I'd say to just make sure you just steer clear of Keller Williams until she is no longer employed by the company. read more

Keller Williams in Fremont provided me with excellent service during my yearlong search for my first home. Madeline Weaver was my real estate agent and she was exceptionally professional and patient as we repeatedly had all-cash buyers defeat our offers. She put my interests first and was very flexible when it came to viewing a myriad of properties. Madeline was there for me as a professional and a friend during the multiple property letdowns that began to try my emotions and dreams of becoming a homeowner. However, she helped me keep my sprits up and we didn't give up, thankfully as we found success in the end. I am very appreciative that Madeline was willing to work with first-time purchasers like myself. She took the time to explain the process of home buying step-by-step. She went over the paperwork involved with precision and stopped to answer each one of my many questions. I'm especially thankful for her persistence in helping me achieve my dream of homeownership. I would absolutely recommend Madeline to anyone searching for a home, and particularly to new home buyers. read more

I want us to share our most recent short sale experience with Adrienne Cristobal and her team. We are very happy and satisfied with her work and will refer her to friends and relatives for business needs. My husband and I were very choosy and not easy to put trust on an agent due to our past experiences on trusting agents to help us modify our loans. With Adrienne and her team, it was trustworthy from the beginning up to the close of the short sale of our property. She gave her very best and made the business relationship very professional and yet cordial I felt that she even went beyond the call of her profession at times when I shared her my feelings of the fear whenever we received unwanted calls, and mails. She even had to share with the cost of the HOA when the bank did not want to pay the HOA collection agent. She's very responsive, she always return my calls and my emails immediately. She's very efficient with all the required documents and always on time if not sooner in meeting all the deadlines. Short sale process is very painful and emotionally stressful, however with Adrienne she help us all the way to make us feel at ease. We were told that short sale can take 3 to 2 years or maybe more. We were lucky and happy that our short sale took about 5 months. read more

My husband and I worked with Daniel Raffa at Keller Williams. We had a modest budget to work with in the Bay Area, but Daniel took time to picture the type of house and neighborhood we wanted, and we found it! Daniel helped with the information I needed to know about properties and how to negotiate a good mortgage deal. I loved the digitizing of documents to manage everything. We had an easier first-buying home experience because of this team! read more
