The relief of having a realtor I could talk openly with, ask my questions, and I knew would get me the best outcome was such a dream. After meeting with several realtors, I immediately felt Suman was the right choice for us. Her presence was comfortable and friendly, but also so professional and knowledgable. I instantly felt her level of experience and trusted she could handle whatever was thrown at her. (Turns out our house through a lot at her.) She thoroughly reviewed the upgrades we had already made to our home, happily provided input on paint colors and other aesthetic choices, and personally managed the painters and carpeting company we hired, and she connected us with an excellent stagers, inspectors and cleaning team.
