We closed on our house yesterday! This was our first home purchase, and Lillie was recommended to us by Golden1. We met with Lillie on a Tuesday, told her what we wanted, and by the next Tuesday we had put in a bid. Her reputation precedes her, and the seller's agent was anxious to work with her, meaning we feel we paid a very fair price. Lillie truly found us EXACTLY the home we were hoping for. It checked literally every box, and was within our price range. I worked with Lillie to buy a house in Oakland (Toler Heights/Foothill Square) and working with her was a dream. Lillie was very understanding of what I was looking for and tailored the homes that we toured to meet my specifications. I wanted a large lot that would allow for expansion and the potential for an income property. Lillie was able to talk me off the ledge when we had an offer in, was advised to submit our best offer and found out that even though we submitted the best offer, they decided to accept another offer. (Totally acceptable, but don't come back to us and ask for another offer, if you have no intention to accept) We looked at fifteen properties or so together and she was able to advise me about the strengths and weaknesses of each property. Her advice was necessary to choose the best property for me. Another little thought of, but very important strength is that she has a lot of contacts in the area that can help you.
