If she felt her listing price was too low she should have listed it for the right value, not try to start a bidding war. On another note...she only had one recommendation for us to use as an inspector should we have wanted an inspection. She gives this person plenty of business so why would he honestly try to look for any defects that would crush the deal or make her renegotiate. Be forewarned! Let the buyer beware (of her).
