I also found it concerning that the only people of color in the establishment were seated directly outside the bathroom. While I cannot speak to the reasoning behind the seating arrangement, it was certainly noticeable and uncomfortable. I always tip a minimum of 20% for good service. However, if the establishment believes its servers are entitled to a specific gratuity, then an automatic gratuity should be clearly disclosed and implemented rather than customers being presented with receipts that do not accurately reflect the amount charged to their cards.
