Coach Cardo taught the adult class. He asked what I had been working on at my home gym (open guard) and then tailored the class around drilling those concepts. After I attempted an armbar, he gave me some great pointers on nuances I had missed. He even had me grab my phone so I could record him demonstrating the technique for future reference.
