Mary is such a caring soul…read more In an emergency at 8:00pm on a Sunday night, she hooked us up with Michelle when my friend was suddenly taken to the emergency room and because of my legs I couldn't walk Noelle at all. They both are treasures. Mary has the intuitive love to connect you with the perfect angel for your dog. Noelle got walked twice a day, sometimes for a 2 hour run up on the trails. When Noelle gets back she lays down with a grin on her face, so happy to have run with her new girlfriends, both Michelle her new best girlfriend and a few other new girlfriend dogs. I'm absolutely amazed how loving and experienced our walker is. I think both Mary and Michelle would be doing this service for dogs even if they there wasn't any money involved. They do this service for the love they have of dogs. Rates are so reasonable. Mary will connect you and your dog with the most suitable walker available. If you are looking for an Angel to make your dog happy, this is just the place. If our world was made up of people like this, we'd be living in heaven on earth. I know that sounds like an exaggeration but it is not. I can't say enough about the care my friends dog has had during an emergency.

Mary is the best dog walker I've ever used! She doesn't just "walk" my dog - but truly loves and…read morecares for her daily. Last week when my dog, Chelsea had surgery, Mary (who's trained in veterinary nursing) changed her dressings on her surgery site. gave her lots of extra TLC and made her a box so that Chelsea could still ride around with the doggies (even if she couldn't go for a walk). I know Mary goes on hikes with her dogs daily, sometimes they even swim. Most importantly, she tailors her care to the specific dog (age, temperament, physical limitations). I wouldn't leave my dog with anyone else. You'll love her!

Ceslie has been a game changer in my dogs' training journey. I highly recommend her to anyone who…read moreis considering a trainer. I have two high energy pit mixes whose leash reactivity had gotten worse in the past half year, and it had reached a point where it was unmanageable because they would start barking and lunging at other dogs even from a healthy distance. I met with a few trainers to get a sense of their methods and styles, and Ceslie felt like the best match because of how she took the extra time to know my dogs and understand their behavior before recommending a plan, compared to others who jumped into training without asking many questions. There was a noticeable difference in how my dogs responded to Ceslie after their first class. She was thoughtful in customizing a plan that fit their needs, from teaching proper corrections to reinforcing obedience to providing the right equipment. She also taught me how to be a better handler (something often overlooked in training!), and it's truly strengthened my relationship with my pups. We had weekly sessions over the course of a month and there has been significant improvement in my dogs' behavior. Walks are stress-free and enjoyable again because we're able to bypass other dogs without issues, their door etiquette has improved, and we're now slowly working on their separation anxiety (slow and steady process but we're making progress!). Ceslie has been incredibly supportive and responsive through it all and I'm very grateful for her guidance with what I thought was a hopeless situation. I'm now considering sending the pups to her daycare program!

"You don't train the dog; you train the handler."…read more This couldn't be more relevant having worked with Ceslie. To be clear, while I saw training results with my pup by day 2, I didn't realize how imperative it is for YOU to learn patience and consistently implement the training. Point being, you are a student, and Ceslie is an incredible teacher. Her experience and knowledge are obvious, but what's special is how quickly she identifies the issues and gets you on track, like day 1, it was uplifting. Ceslie gets it. She'll adapt to your style and help you get to that obedience baseline you want to see in your dog. She balances compassion with firm direction-- Ceslie's a pro. For context, my guy was 7 months old at the time, rescue, half German shepherd mix w/ HIGH ENERGY... oh, and 75lbs. While he's never shown aggression, he's a liability because he LOVES everyone-- favored meeting strangers over recall, jumps on people, would be a brat, throwing tantrums when given commands. I always wanted a dog, but I was overwhelmed. Within a month (mornings, 4 days a week), I hit baseline with my dog--- he recalls, he doesn't jump, most importantly, taught him to fetch so I could properly get energy out of him... such an immense amount of weight lifted. Proof of progress with pics (she sent me photos of training each day) TLDR; Ceslie rocks. Stop looking.

She rescues and fosters lots of dogs herself, so she has loads of experience. She understands dog behavior and emotions. She trains with compassion.

He unsurprisingly turned out to have some socialization and dominance issues that made taking him to the dog park or walking in popular dog areas impossible. Becca met us at our house where he put on his full show of crazy energy racing around the house, jumping, and (eek!) leg humping. Becca showed me how to calm him down without petting him and accidentally rewarding him for his bad behavior, as I had been before. Once we were outside she brought all different kinds of dogs out of her van for us to practice walking past calmly without flipping out and pulling to go see them. He got to meet these new strange dogs on leash and Becca reminded me to have a slack leash so he could relax and wouldn't feel confined. Then we went to an area with lots of dogs who were off leash and he was able to be calm and meet them on leash without being a jerk and bowling them over! Hooray! After just one meeting with Becca he was already a brand new dog that I felt confident walking near other dogs. At our second meeting we reinforced meeting new dogs on leash and then we went to the dog park(!) where he got to work on his recall and how to interact with new dogs off leash. All he needed were two sessions and we're now able to walk around other dogs and go to the dog park and be social! And he even comes back when I call him! I was able to get the behavior I hoped for but didn't expect for many years after only a couple days. My friends are flabbergasted, haha.
