I called Surface Spark to reglaze/repaint my bathtub. The company contact, Jordan, was very…read morepersonable and answered all of my questions. We set up a Thursday appointment allowing for a Friday return to finish the job. The technician who came, Daniel, was very considerate and did an extremely good job of preparing the area and applying the epoxy. When done, he surprised me by saying that he would not be returning the next day to remove the paper/plastic/tape; we would need to do that ourselves. I called Surface Spark (Jordan) on Friday morning to question this and he said that he would find out our scheduling time and call me back. I never received a call back from Jordan and my follow-up call to him went directly to voice mail. Because masking tape was used rather than painters tape, my husband and I did, very carefully, remove all of the paper/plastic/tape. A bit of trim paint around the bathroom door came off with the tape and the tub resurfacing was almost 100% perfect - one small missed area, perhaps due to the use of masking tape. Now let's see how the newly reglazed, repainted surface holds up. Happy to report that Surface Spark sent out a technician (Larry) to repair the missed area around the tub.... he did a great job! I am extremely pleased!

Salesman said it should have dried in 24 hours 3 days after we reported the problem no response. Disgraceful company I wonder how many have they poisoned.

The product scratches so easily you wouldn't be able to use it in order to keep it looking good. We saw our first scratch on the lip of the sink within two weeks of application. It's now been about two months and there are multiple other areas that are discolored. One seems to be a coffee stain from a cup we had in the sink. There are multiple other areas where the paint is scuffed but not scratched off. A worker came out this morning to let us know that this damage is considered normal wear and not covered under warranty. They would charge $250 to try to fix it. We only paid $550 for the product to be put on in the first place. It sounded like a good product from other reviews but I can't recommend it.
