The crew that arrived the next day did a great job and explained the issue and process clearly and accurately. Worst plumbing service ever. I told them My kitchen sink was backing up so my husband disconnected the pipes and we had the water running into a bucket. They said the pipe was old and rested so they cut a hole in my kitchen floor about the size of a shoebox they replaced the pipes they did not put a snake in the drain the water was running and it wasn't backing up when they left I turned the water on and let it run to see if it was going to back up and it did they charged me over 700 dollars to replace a PVC pipe a plastic pipe and they never ran a snake in a drain they said we had to make an appointment for them to come back out they came back out the next day and charge us almost $300 to run a snake in a drain something that they were supposed to do when they were first there. There was no No warranty nothing they left a gaping big hole under the kitchen sink and they charged us for 2 days over $1,000. It was two guys that barely said two words to me and my husband they were rude they didn't close up the hole under my sink I will never ever suggest keep the plumber to nobody there's no way in the world that I should have paid almost $1,000 to change a PVC pipe and to snake the drain no warranty whatsoever on their work do not use Keith the plumber. read more

Called them about a leak in our kitchen sink and also told them we had a couple of other things for them to look at while they were here. They scheduled a plumber to come out the next day and said he would call when he was on the way. I stayed home all day waiting for that call that never came. It's been two days and they haven't showed up nor have they called to say they've been delayed. You can't treat your customers this way in the age of the internet. Luckily, I was able to take some measures to stop the leak but we've lost use of our kitchen sink until we can get another plumber out. read more

I've had this company come to my home twice. First to fix a toilet ring that needed to be replaced, and second to replace a faulty expansion tank and pressure valve. The toilet works perfect and doesn't wobble anymore! The expansion tank and pressure valve seem more sturdy and reliable. So thankful for this company. Wes, Terry, and Bobby are down-home, understanding, patient, and more than willing to help people. I really wish there was a zero star option. Had them out to do $1350 worth of work. Had them install the fixtures for a tub, sink and toilet. The main reason I called was for a leak behind the tub. They did the installation, never touched the leak. I called 23 Oct 23 after discovering the leak was still going on. Wes was snippy with me from the get-go. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CALL unless you have tried elsewhere. I called for my tub faucets to be replaced and have since had to call them out to fix issues caused by their work. I now have damage to my subflooring and walls, air conditioning vent and car, whis is parked directly under the plumbing issues. Every time I call them out, its a bigger problem and more damage. When I called on a Saturday morning with first big leak, Keith asked if I could wait until Monday...later he told me he doesnt like to answer the phone on the weekend and tried not too... FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER I called on Christmas night. I had a exterior pipe bust. it was necessary to fix but the cleanup was the emergency. They sent a technician out on Monday evening. I was told that the service charge of $159 was due even if they did not do the repair. I was lead to believe the charge would be asorbed into the cost of the repair. The technician tried to tell me how difficult the repair would be. I told him it should not take him more than 20 minutes and if I could get the materials, I could do it in less than an hour. He said it would be $289 for the repair. The total for the entire job was $495. Included in the charges was the $159 service call and an additional $47 for an administrative fee. I do not know if this is how they normally do business, but I would steer clear of this company due to their pricing policies. $495 to do a job that took the technicial less than 20 minutes is outrageous, especially when it only involved an 8 inch piece of copper piping. Monday afternoon should not be the time to charge emergency service pricing. It was not like they came out on Christmas Day. I would have maybe expected a charge in that range. read more

Not the most professional guys but they got the job done at a good price! I say not professional because they came in smelling like a pack of cigarettes, didn't introduce themselves and didn't keep me updated on what was going on. Not only that but, we are in the middle of this Covid pandemic and they did not wear a mask. I understand people have the right to wear a mask or not but you should also ask the person who's house you're entering if they mind if you wear a mask or not.
