Registered downstairs and, literally, about a minute later, as soon as I ascended the stairs and walked in the door; was called back! Excellent office staff, and the doc was very knowledgeable and thorough. In a world where who cares approach is permeating every facet of society, this medical practice was a breath of fresh air in every way!

Throughout those years, I have remained loyal to the practice even as the office moved farther away from my home, from Rancho Santa Margarita to San Juan Capistrano and now to Westminster. Unfortunately, my experience on June 16, 2026, left me extremely disappointed. I scheduled my appointment approximately three weeks in advance. My appointment was at 1:45 PM, and due to severe traffic and multiple accidents on the 405 freeway, I arrived at approximately 2:00 PM. While driving, I attempted to call the office to let them know I would be a few minutes late. Unfortunately, patients can no longer call the office directly. Instead, calls go through a central dispatch system, and messages are relayed to the nurse or doctor, often with a 24- to 48-hour delay. As a result, there was no practical way for me to notify the office that I was running late. When I arrived, I checked in and was immediately told that I had been marked as a no-show because I was 15 minutes late. I asked what the grace period was and was told it was 15 minutes. I explained that I had driven over an hour to get there and that my delay was caused by circumstances beyond my control. My appointment was simply for a diabetic foot examination so I could receive a referral for diabetic shoes. These visits are typically very brief. I remove my shoes and socks, the doctor examines my feet, and the referral is submitted. I asked if there was any way I could still be seen. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do. Orlando, the nurse who has known me for many years and has often been the intermediary between Dr. Angarella and me, spoke with the doctor on my behalf. I respectfully explained my situation and asked if any accommodation could be made. I even offered to wait until the end of the day and be seen after all other patients had finished their appointments. After several conversations with the doctor, I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done and that I would have to reschedule. What disappointed me most was not the office policy itself, but the complete lack of flexibility and consideration for a long-time patient. During all the years I have been coming to this office, I have consistently arrived 10 to 15 minutes early for my appointments. This was the one time I was late, due to heavy traffic and accidents on the freeway. Despite my loyalty, my efforts to make the appointment, and my willingness to wait as long as necessary, no accommodation whatsoever was offered. Patients are often asked to wait 15, 20, 30, or even 45 minutes beyond their scheduled appointment times. Yet when I arrived only 15 minutes late for a very brief visit, after driving more than an hour, I was turned away without any attempt to work with me. I understand that medical offices need policies and schedules. However, I believe that good patient care also includes common sense, compassion, and consideration for long-term patients. After many years of loyalty to this practice, I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and unappreciated. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to seriously reconsider whether I want to continue receiving care from this practice.

I previously had surgery at Kaiser and they didn't do a great job... This time I around I set out to find a doctor who was passionate about his work and made it his top priority to get me good and strong so I could snowboard again. I went to a few doctors before I found Dr. Sabet and none of them seemed like they cared much about my goal of getting back on my snowboard. One doctor even told me I should consider taking up skiing. After hours searching the web I came across Dr. Sabet's website... People left amazing reviews all across the web and I thought it was too good to be true. When I came in for my first visit... I knew from the moment I met him he was the guy I wanted to fix my feet. He has the best attitude of pretty much any doctor I've ever met. Prior to my surgery I met the entire army of people who were going to be working along side Dr. Sabet and everyone of them reinforced my decision. They all cared about getting my feet back to 100%. In my last surgery... My doctor put in pins to support the bones while they were healing but that was it. Dr. Sabet built my foot like a tank with 5 screws and a plate... I feel like I am going to be unstoppable. My wife was also super stoked on Dr. Sabet as well. All the other doctors that had surgeries today came to the waiting room and called the name of the patient and said they were done with a very cold shoulder. Not Dr. Sabet... He came into the waiting room, spotted my wife and went and sat right next to her. He told her the surgery was complete and everything had gone amazingly well. He explained to her about the screws and plate he put in my foot and assured her I will be stronger than ever and back on my snowboard in no time. All in all... I am so stoked to have found Dr. Sabet... Thank!!!

The staff offered me the choice of a same-day appointment or one the following day. I chose the next day, and the scheduling process was incredibly easy and convenient. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick, and I was called back to the exam room within minutes. Shortly after, Dr. Yang came in, which I really appreciated because I wasn't left waiting like I have been at many other medical offices. Dr. Yang took the time to explain my options for treating my pinky toe. He explained the difference between removing the ingrown portion of the nail, which would eventually grow back, and performing a permanent procedure that involved numbing my toe, removing the nail, and applying acid to prevent it from growing back. He made sure I understood everything before moving forward. What impressed me the most was that I didn't expect the procedure to be done that same day. Based on my past experiences with other doctors, I assumed I would only be evaluated and then have to schedule another appointment for the actual procedure. Instead, Dr. Yang was able to take care of everything during my visit. I really appreciated not having to come back for a second appointment, which saved me both time and the cost of another copay. My entire visit, including check-in, the consultation, and the procedure was completed in less than an hour. It's refreshing to find a medical office that values patients' time while still providing exceptional care. I highly recommend Orange County Podiatry and Dr. Yang. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and caring, and they made what could have been a stressful visit a smooth and positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent podiatry care.

Problem solved. I walked out wondering why on earth I hadn't done this years ago. Dr. Elle is very knowledgeable, funny, warm, and really good at explaining exactly what she's doing and why--which I appreciate, especially when someone is approaching my toe with sharp instruments. She made the whole experience so much easier (and far less dramatic) than I had imagined. Her office staff is also genuinely lovely--friendly, helpful, and welcoming. And as an artist, I have to give bonus points for the fabulous foot-themed artwork throughout the office. If you're going to devote your professional life to feet, you might as well fully commit to the décor. I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Elle. If you have an ingrown toenail or any foot and ankle issue and you've been putting off dealing with it, learn from me: GO. Don't spend years suffering because you've somehow convinced yourself this is just your life now. It doesn't have to be that way. Trust me now, believe me later. Thank you, Dr. Elle, for fixing in one visit what I complained about for years.

I experienced on and off pain and swelling on my right foot for around 3 months before deciding I had enough and told myself something is not normal. I was referred to her by my mother who used to closely work with her back then. at this point I was limping everywhere I go, every step was a struggle, taking stairs was a dose of torture, driving required extra extra effort. my big toe was red, swelling and painful I couldn't even take a proper step. Every appointment was a breeze and efficient from the start, Jazmin and Christina are very welcoming and Dr Farajian herself evaluated and personally talked to me about her treatment plan on my first visit, after getting my feet digitally scanned and x-rayed, sadly my Insurance did not cover any part of it upon verification, so I had to invest in myself out of pocket, and putting all my trust as a patient onto Dr. Farajian. Tiny to No pain, No surgery, No fear all throughout my treatment process, they worked with my work schedule too. I can confidently say now It is worth it, this time of writing is 3 weeks post-growth factor treatment and walking with my new insoles, still waiting for full recovery of my growth factor as advised and directed by Dr., so I am still taking it easy, but for now I am back to normal activities, ZERO pain, ZERO limping, ZERO struggles in walking, taking stairs, ladders, driving because every step feels and looks normal now. and of course no more swelling anywhere. I am leaving this review because I am truly happy and grateful to feel and move normal again. they deserve all kinds of love and positive energy for what they do changing people's lives thru their expertise and craft, just as myself transforming and restoring smiles everyday on my job as a Dental lab technician. Her expertise speaks for itself and use this review as a testament, again I will say, please do yourself a favor and book your appointment now, come see them to end your foot and ankle pain!
