Dr. Robert, his hygienist, Sheryl, and the dental staff are extremely talented people in their professions, so I trust them. When you come in for an appointment, it's not just to get you in and out as quick as possible. They care about their patients and will make sure any dental procedures are done well before sending you on your way. They care about the details and doing the job right and completely. I always recommend Dr. Guttry to anyone needing a dentist in Longview, whether it's for families, children or senior adults. I can't say enough good things about them!

I know, personally, what it feels like to worry about smiling when faced with dental issues and to think that he did all of this for a man he doesn't even know just so that he'd finally be able to smile in photos again is just beautiful. I know this is the dentist I'd be going to if I lived anywhere close and I really hope that others will Google the doctor's name and see what this is all about when deciding upon a local dentist. He is awesome. When my oldest son was 6, he broke off his top two front teeth while playing outside with friends. The momma (me) called Dr. Bob nearly hysterical, I got his wife on the phone (Bless her for dealing with crazy mommies like me! LOL!) She assured me that he would meet me at the office - it was 8pm. I can't remember if he offered me a vailum or not, (no he didn't really! - but I am really sure I needed one!) Don't expect much post operative attention. I came back twice after my wisdom tooth was pulled to…read morehave it packed. The girl associated packed it both times. One time, Mr. Mack came in just long enough to tell me if I had discomfort in front of the tooth he pulled, he didn't cause it. Then he left without even looking at his post operative work .When I asked for a report after I woke up from anesthesia, the only news I got was an elementary explanation, "You did just fine." Baby talk like I was an idiot. Too much condescending attitude coming across here.
