I have always that going to Bradburn Dentistry is like going to Disneyland, because the staff are 100% cheerful and positive, and they don't lecture you or pressure you. We have a long history of going there as a family, and my children still don't understand when their friends say they're afraid of going to the dentist because my children have always come out of their laughing and happy. This office has done well to keep things safe during the pandemic and continue services. Sadly, I just had the most horrific experience. This was my second visit, due to my medical HX I refused the xrays. They refused to clean my teeth!!!!! As a nurse I would never refuse care for anyone, no matter what medical decisions they make. Its Called Patients rights!! MY body , My choice!!. I guess this dentist thinks its his job to dictate what I need, and I have no choices. I walked out shocked and disgusted. I've been to a few dentist offices throughout my life and Dr. Bradburn's office is definitely the best. Everyone in the office is friendly and very easy to talk to, and Dr. Bradburn explains what's happening, and what to expect while he's doing the dental work. He's also very gentle and doesn't cause any unnecessary pain. Another great thing about the office is they don't waste your time. Some offices will overschedule patients but Dr. Bradburn's (and his staff's) time management skills are really quite impressive. I've had a root canal, fillings, crowns, cleanings done at Dr. Bradburn's office and have never spent more time than necessary sitting in the dentist chair, which wasn't the case at other offices I've visited in the past. After recently moving to Concord from the peninsula, I was apprehensive about finding a new dentist, since I'd happily been with my previous one for nearly 15 years. I received a new client coupon in the mail from Bradburn Dentistry and thought this seemed as good a place as any to start, so I called for an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was friendly and helpful and we easily scheduled a convenient cleaning and check-up appointment within the next two weeks. When I first arrived for my appointment, I was immediately charmed by the countrified Clayton location and cheery yellow vintage building in which the office is set. You can say they had me at 'hello'. The lobby was immaculate and modern, populated with other clients but not so busy that I felt I was just a 'number'. I made it clear to the receptionist that I'm self-employed and, therefore, do not carry dental insurance so I would want a break-down in advance of any additional charges that might be incurred above the $69 coupon I planned to use. She was completely understanding and told me I could speak to the on-site financial advisor should I have any questions. Right on time, I was called in by the dental assistant who took thorough x-rays of my teeth (included in the coupon price), then quickly shared the pictures with me on a monitor, explaining what we were looking at. (Something I was not used to with my former dentist.) Shortly after my visit with her, Dr. Bradburn arrived, with a warm smile and showing genuine interest in me. He asked about my family, my work, my teeth. He reviewed x-rays, checked my gums, etc., and declared that all looked great! Whew! My initial fears of being recommended unnecessary work were completely unfounded. Finally, I was taken to the upstairs of this state-of-the-art facility for the hygienist to clean and polish. After being escorted back to the reception desk, it was time to pay my bill. I held my breath. $69 was the final total. Just as they'd promised. I gladly handed over my coupon and credit card and scheduled another appointment in six months. I nearly skipped out of there, having had as pleasant an experience as if I'd just gone to the spa. About three days later, I received a lovely thank you note in the mail, expressing their appreciation for my business. From start to finish, I was totally impressed with my experience at Bradburn Dentistry and have since recommended them to family members. This is actually my first Yelp review, but I felt this team of professionals warranted acknowledgment. This is a major find. Please don't go to any other family practice. Keith is the truth, he is patient and very thorough. My daughter has had a cavity and one morning she woke up in pain so I searched google for a 5 star rated pediatric dentist and this is where I landed. I went online to make an appointment before they opened for the day. I then called once they opened and got a recording, I started to search for another 5 star rated pediatric dentist. Then the phone rang and to my surprise in no less than two minutes I had an appointment for the same day for my daughter. Since it is the era of Clovid - 19 once we arrived we were greeted and briefly screened for symptoms then lead right in. I was immediately impressed with the lighting it was warm and soothing not bright and shocking like an ER. While this may not be much to most I thought it made my daughter a lot more comfortable as she would much rather do anything else but visit the dentist. The next thing was the cleanliness everything was immaculate, no dust in the corners. I also noticed that all of the equipment used was updated , the staffed seemed very well trained and comfortable using them. I'm conclusion my daughter has never sat through an entire dentist visit but thanks to the true skill of dentistry and real care for his patients she made it through. read more

The office is in excellent condition. His team of employees are great! They greet you by name when you walk in the door. My wait time was 5 minutes. Dr. Bradburn was very patient with me and went through the entire details of my exam so I thoroughly understood my results. I have an issue with my jaw so the hygienist was very careful when she cleaned my teeth. I had absolute no pain from the cleaning and my jaw was in perfect condition. So I will try to keep this as short as possible, I had chipped two front teeth and called my regular dentist and they could not see me that same day, I knew Dr. Bradburn from outside of his office and reached out to him, he got me in that afternoon. I showed up about 10-15 minutes before my appointment and they got me right in, everyone from the front desk to Dr. Bradburns assistants could not have been nicer. Dr. Bradburn and his assistant that took care of me were amazing, he made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and kept asking if anything hurt or did I feel anything. The best dentist I've had ever. Dr. Bradburn is super nice and attentive. I had a couple procedures that required follow-up. Never charged extra for adjustments and he did a wonderful job. Got a crown that they took careful measures for color and sizing as was in my front tooth. Made sure to align my other teeth in front and whiten. Overall procedure resulted in a total smile makeover. The office staff is great. Jen is the main coordinator and is really on top of her game. She knows me by name and is always professional. I haven't had issues with being ignored or treated impolitely. Always courteous and helpful. I have had several hygienists when visiting. All are really nice and good at what they do. Keith Bradburn DDS put a scar on my daughters face when he placed a latex patch around my daughters chin and secured it with a metal contraption on to my daughters face and then his assistant while holding my daughters face still made the metal object puncture my daughters chin which has now caused her to have a dark patch on her face that is not going away. The worst of it is that he will not admit any wrong doing, tried to tell me it was a bug bite she got on the way home from his office, even though I have a doctors statement of the cause of her scar. Now he is so arrogant that he is still sending me bills for doing that to my daughters face. He has no integrity. Don't take your children to this dentist, he does not know what he is doing!!! read more

I was in a lot of pain on a tooth (turns out I needed a root canal) from the moment I walked into the office I didn't feel as anxious as I was on my way there. The front office people as well as the rest of the staff were very nice and understood my fear of dentists. Dr Bradburn came in and started asking me questions (not in a hurry up let's get this over with manner) and checked the source of my pain. He reviewed my Xrays, took some pictures of my tooth so he could explain to me what was going on and that I was going to need a root canal. When I got home, my tooth started throbbing and I called his office since my root canal isn't scheduled until tomorrow, Dr Bradburn called some pain meds to my nearest pharmacy and called me to let me know he had done this.
