Updated review: I have had 10 sessions with Keisha since April 2016, and by far it was the best investment I've made in my life. I've spent over five figures in personal development before meeting her, and almost all of it was a waste. Keisha takes life coaching to a whole new level. I'm going to get more personal than I usually do in my reviews and summarize my results so that you know how much you can get out of it. In ten sessions, here is how much my life changed. I started out on my first session with several abusive relationships, on a career track I hated with a passion, and also with a habit of taking melatonin during the day because I hated my life that much. I had ptsd, anxiety, and depression. It took six sessions for her to help me end my denial regarding my pattern of staying in abusive relationships. She is generous in her dose of honesty, which frankly saved my life. She went far beyond the call of duty, supporting me when I had no other support in my personal life. Those who have been through abusive relationships know that it is nearly impossible to get out alone. In another four sessions, we worked on my tendencies to stay in friendships and careers that I didn't benefit from and frankly was harmed more than helped by. After our eighth session, I surprised myself by deciding to give up said career that I loathed and go on a worldwide backpacking trip for a few months, which was a lifelong dream. But of course, I could have never done such a thing if it wasn't for all the work we did on letting go of toxic relationships, building self esteem, and shifting to a pattern of doing things we love rather than hate. Best decision of my life, and I have so much respect for Keisha as an individual herself.
