Her resume styles are very basic. You can find better. She even gives you some extra info in the end if we leave a review which I honestly didn't find useful- it's either that or $20 off for a review which explains many of the 5 star reviews here. I was not too happy with her experience. I had to tweak my resume several times before using it. read more

My journey with Carmel started over a year and a half ago when she helped my daughter with her resume as my daughter just graduated from college and needed a resume. My daugther's experience with Carmel as well as the final output, her resume was impressive and I was thoroughly happy with the outcome. Fast forward to March 2020, I contacted Carmel for help in updating my resume. She first started by reviewing my current resume. Over the course of a week or so, I had the makings of a good first draft. Then CoVid hit, work became very busy and I put updating my resume on the back burner. In October 2020, I decided that I should get the project closed so reconnected with Carmel. I updated my resume with my current job function and we worked on the drafts. If you have a particular job that you are going after, she will ask for that job description. Also, she will ask you to fill out an Area of Focus which she will go through the job description and ask you questions. She will take your answers and incorporate them into your resume. Overall, the process in October took a couple of days and I couldn't have been happier with the results. My resume is crisp, highlights key actions as well as getting it down to 2 pages was amazing. Thanks Carmel for the quick turn and the beautiful outcome! So, if you are looking for a great resume, contact Carmel as you won't be disappointed. read more

I have worked in HR for many years so I have seen many, many resumes and when it came time for me to revamp mine I was dumbfounded because it had been so many years and things change. I know what I can do and what I can bring to the table, but to put it into resume style...I was LOST. Carmel took my notes, my old resumes, and most importantly the job description of what I wanted and made it work. She doesn't lie about what you've done but rather she makes you shine in places you forgot you had. I would recommend Carmel (and trust me I have and will continue to do) to anyone looking to update their resume whether it's for peace of mind knowing you have one ready to go or if you are applying for a new job/career. Carmel gets you because she has compassion for what you as a client wants and needs. Carmel asks the appropriate questions on your previous work skills. Carmel got me the dream job of my life and without her, I would have NEVER got it. I have all the skills and background knowledge needed but putting it on paper is a LOT harder. Carmel is the best and I will always, always refer people to her. On my last note, she is so personable and makes time for you as if you are her only client...that's what a real professional is capable of! Please feel free to reach out to me for more examples and/or a phone call because she will MAKE it happen...don't second guess your decion. read more
