The office clerks were so friendly & welcoming. Then I was introduced to Amy (CCMA). What a refreshing personality! She was so sweet & patient with my many questions. She explained each procedure, which left me feeling relaxed & assured. And PA Brandon Lang was amazing & extremely knowledgeable! He actually took the time to listen to "all" my concerns. He performed the procedure to correct my vertigo. He repeated the procedure several times to ensure I knew what/how to perform it myself. Afterwards, I mentioned how, at times my inner ears itched. He checked them out & allowed me to view (on screen) what he was doing. Gosh, that was soooo neat! Wow...today's technology is something else; thank so much for the mind-blowing experience PA Lang. This facility has awesome employees who provide outstanding service. Give them a try...I know you won't be disappointed!

Even though I was a new patient the staff was very accommodating. Once I was in the room, he reviewed my scans from my previous doctors and explained to me what he was seeing in the scans. He checked me over and agreed I would be a great candidate for surgery and explained the process and recovery. He assured me I would not leak brain fluid like a previous doctor had mentioned and did not send me off with a 30 day supply of prednisone and antibiotics like my previous doctor had also done. Although I have not had my surgery yet I am very confident in my choice for choosing Dr Browne to give me some much needed relief! Thank yo Update: I had my surgery with Dr Browne in office rather than at a surgery center. It went very well, I had absolutely no pain! Nose bled for a bit the first two days but nothing that kept me from normal things. Toughest part was sleeping up right only because I'm a tummy sleeper. Anyhow, Dr. Browne was amazing and I can breathe again!! If you are struggling with sinus issues I highly recommend Dr Browne!!! Thank you again!!

It had me raising doubts about coming here! But once at the office, the staff was very kind and the doctor himself (Wilson? He had a nice mustache) was great. I should have realized that him and his staff knew nothing about ENS. After many treatments and tests he said that I needed a small bone removed on my right side and he could do it. I reluctantly agreed to a operation. However instead he did a baloon procedure that opened up my sinuses and worsened my breathing. I found out from his staff what he had done. He would not face me and had is staff tell me that they were done with me. First off him and his staff push the Baloon sinoplasty that is their money maker. All that I can say is becareful of what you agree to and what papers that you sign. Over all his staff and the Dr is friendly.
