Even though I was a new patient the staff was very accommodating. Once I was in the room, he reviewed my scans from my previous doctors and explained to me what he was seeing in the scans. He checked me over and agreed I would be a great candidate for surgery and explained the process and recovery. He assured me I would not leak brain fluid like a previous doctor had mentioned and did not send me off with a 30 day supply of prednisone and antibiotics like my previous doctor had also done. Although I have not had my surgery yet I am very confident in my choice for choosing Dr Browne to give me some much needed relief! Thank yo Update: I had my surgery with Dr Browne in office rather than at a surgery center. It went very well, I had absolutely no pain! Nose bled for a bit the first two days but nothing that kept me from normal things. Toughest part was sleeping up right only because I'm a tummy sleeper. Anyhow, Dr. Browne was amazing and I can breathe again!! If you are struggling with sinus issues I highly recommend Dr Browne!!! Thank you again!!

I upped my rating because the doctor was great. You just have to get past the waiting room…read more So far I am only in the dirty waiting room but this seems a medical nightmare experience for patients. Patients are scheduled every 10 minutes but are not seen by the doctors that quickly so every single chair in the waiting room is occupied (35-40 chairs). Checkin is unbelievably slow. They wanted me to just leave my driver's license with them and they'd "call me when they finished with it." The floor in the waiting room has clumps of dirt and sod. Hoping the doctor is excellent so this experience can end on a better note... Once in the treatment area however the doctor was great. Asked good questions and had reasonable treatment options. I will go back. I can recommend this place but take something to do in the waiting area.

I love Dr. York. The staff is fine. However, there is no way to reach this practice if you have a…read morequestion about an appointment, a referral, or anything. The front desk calls are forwarded to voice mail and while each doctor has an extension number, those go to voicemail, also. And those calls are never returned unless they want to answer a question. I have called on three separate occasions with three simple questions over the years and none of the three calls were ever returned. I had to drive to the office to ask a question. That is unacceptable. I was a patient of Dr. York but I received a letter from United saying that he was no longer part of the United Network starting September 2, 2026. That's fine for me, but my 23-year-old granddaughter receives complex care from Dr. York. We love him and tolerate the very long wait times. She is in the middle of an evaluation for a complex anatomical issue. Having coverage is critical. She is young and her work does not allow her to spend time on this issue, so I make calls for her with her telling me what she needs. She has a United Network plan through her work. Since my letter says that Dr. York is no longer part of the United Network, we called United and they show him to still take United. The billing office does not show that he has left the United Network. She went to the web site for her plan and Dr. York shows as "in network". (He is not in network for my United plan.) She has an appointment on October 5 and all we want is to have the office verify that he is still part of HER United Network. We do not want to go to the appointment and suddenly learn that he is no longer "in network". She did not receive a letter, but there are several reasons why she would have missed receiving a letter. Insurance companies are not always reliable. I have left clear messages on the 10th, 17th, and 18th of September. It would be very easy for someone from the office to return a call and verify with/for my granddaughter that Dr. York remains a provider in her network, even though my letter said that he apparently left the entire network. United advised us to verify with the office. I may be old fashioned, but a physician's office NEEDS to communicate with patients. They must like not being bothered by the people who pay lots of money and time to see them. Who do you have to be to deserve an answer?

Barely any patients in the waiting room. I was taken to an exam room where I sat for 45 minutes. No one bothered to explain the wait. And so, I finally just left. Walking out, I saw Dr. Gordon sitting at a computer, staring into space. He looked at me as I walked by, but he said nothing. Frankly, my time is precious to me and being stashed in an exam room while being ignored is unacceptable. Bottom line, my right ear still hurts.

I went there thinking I would just pay my $60 copay then after all the tests and procedures were done I was given a bill for $252.20 to pay right there and then. Luckily I had just enough to cover that bill and the $5 for parking. If I would've known it was all going to be out of pocket I would have planned for when I could actually afford it instead of being put in a bind. U would think if it cost out of pocket they would inform u BEFORE they do everything to ensure u have the funds. Smdh.
