A few days later we received a very reasonable quote to repair the chimney. We had another quote for more than 2x the price Dan quoted us, which we knew was ridiculously inflated. They answered any and all questions, reviewed the work they were going to do, and showed us the finished work. We are so happy with our experience with Phoenix Chimney Service.

I live in a very well to do neighborhood and unfortunately, these guys will look up house values and charge accordingly so while some neighborhoods will get $10k decks, not mine. If I was living in DC suburbs then they'd charge us $50k for the deck. I got the PVC Aztek material with metal posts. The guys did the job in 2 days. I was worried when I saw scuffs on my new deck the day after install, but Luke came to buff them out. With Aztek, you have to be very careful about scratching the deck with furniture so I've yet to put anything on my deck! We rarely eat out there anyways. We're not outdoorsy people.

Always the consummate professional. I would want no one else to be responsible for my project. I am also a residential contractor so I understand what it takes to operate a PROFESSIONAL contracting business as long as Matt has. Let me tell you... It's tough. He's not a fly by night contractor with a cheap price. The value Breyer Construction provides is hard to match because when you are operating at the level they are, EVERYTHING is systematized to guarantee results. Think to yourself, do you want a guarantee outcome or do you want to gamble with hiring the cheap guys who don't bring this kind of experience to the table. Just as you wouldn't bargain shop for a doctor, you should not bargain shop for your contractor. Your home is your most valuable asset. Don't trust it to anyone else.

I initially called them because I had a couple of halogen spotlight bulbs that stopped working and they identified an issue with the low voltage transformer. Unfortunately, that particular transformer was not one they kept on the truck so they came back a few days later to install one that would work...we all thought... Ultimately, that transformer would not work either, and due to covid-19 lockdown we had to wait a few weeks to try again. They got everything working for me last week and I will say that this is a company I would ABSOLUTELY use again. Sure, it would have been better if it all could have been resolved in one visit, but that is not the way it worked out and even though we hit a couple of small snags these folks were easy to communicate with. Showed up and called when they said they would, and they were VERY fair regarding pricing. THANK YOU!
