Baker was selected to correct a broken patio door lock identified by a home inspector as part of a…read morehome sale transaction. The Baker tech told the sellers agent that the lock was not broken but it worked in a different way and proceeded to show the agent a way to manually work around the malfunction charging them $85 for the advice. As the buyer, I continued to work around the malfunctioning lock for over a month before finally contracting a "real" locksmith to look at it. Turns out the lock was unfixable and I paid almost $340 to replace it. This locksmith is dishonest - do not ever use them!!

Service was Fast, Courteous and VERY good. I lost my Only key and he was able to pull the Key from the Vin # and Figure out the last couple cuts for the Ignition (The Dealer said they couldn't do it, as ford only allowed dealerships 10 years back), He Cut me and programmed 2 Transponder keys, and 1 door key, came to my home in Richmond and His price came in a Less then most of the other places, Plus him being a Mobile business meant he was very Quick, Emailed him late Sunday night since it wasn't a dire emergency and by Tuesday around 3 pm it was done. Will definitely call again if I ever need a Locksmith
