Ordering is simple and can be done directly on their website. You can pick the meat, size, and delivery date. If you have any other needs, you can add them to the notes section and they will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. We placed our order 2 weeks before our event and the pig arrived on the Thursday before our weekend roast. The pig was wrapped and packaged with care. It was still frozen and easy to thaw. We followed the clear directions and placed the pig in a cooler with ice. The pig was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little prep work that we had to do prior to placing the pig onthe firepit. We ordered a 50lb pig, and the pig we recieved was the perfect weight. We had Stryker Farm remove the feet and butterfly the pig for is. The pig cooked like a dream. It was very delicious! We will continue to order our pigs from them in the future.

Food selection is very good and reasonable prices. The drive to get there is beautiful, or you can use the interstate nearby. Most vendors have reasonable prices. Huge selection of options to buy stuff. Now, I tried setting up and selling as a vendor. THAT WAS A DISASTER! I actually LOST MONEY trying to sell stuff . I didn't make even $25 and I had an entire truck filled with all kinds of items. The area is extremely poor. The people who were there to shop were mostly broke. They want every thing for a dollar. Lots of " I'll be back" and "I'll think about it". That's code for "I'm broke" lol. So, if you're a shopper Theres lots to buy at good prices. If your a vendor hats not food then good luck making money. I think the only reason vendors go is because it's open on Wednesday and no other markets are so the vendors come. That entire area for miles and multiple towns are economically depressed. Definitely not economically viable. So if you have cash to downs you'll be very happy here.
