They asked me to prove that I had paid this invoice or I would continue accruing late fee charges. So I looked in my bank history and found them my check. The check was for the $100 charged (it was a small job), written to the owner Vlad Poksans. I sent them a copy. They did not even thank me for doing their accounting for them. Well I was leaving this area, and wanted to be sure there were cracks to any of the tiles when I sold to new owner! So SunCastle sent their team out did some minor repairs which was great. But with today's technology the inspectors found with their drone a crack in a they wanted fixed. Can you imagine, we are going to closing and this could slow us up! Not with SunCastle their manager personally came out and replaced the tile, and then the office staff get the letter sent to the inspector and we had a successful closing.
