I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. I hired Daniel with OnPoint…read morePower Washing, LLC expecting professional work but instead, he ruined my home. Daniel used harsh chemicals on delicate surfaces, which caused extensive and expensive damage. The paint was stripped off my front door, my keyless entry system and one of my cameras were destroyed, and several plants and palms were killed. Even worse, there is now visible discoloration and damage to the paint on the siding around my entire home, areas that were in perfect condition before. When I brought these issues to his attention, Daniel reimbursed me for the door lock and camera, but he has refused to take responsibility for the widespread paint damage. What should have been a routine cleaning has turned into a stressful, costly ordeal. I'm now forced to hire other professionals to repair the damage he left behind. If you value your home and want peace of mind, I strongly advise against using this company. The work was unprofessional, the results were careless, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

In short: their power washing service caused paint damage to our lanai and the owner refused to…read moreaccept responsibility and make the situation right. On 9/28/12, we redeemed a Living Social deal we purchased to have our pool cage and pool deck power washed by Under Pressure. We also paid an additional $125 to have the exterior of the home power washed. The owner was present with the crew but did not supervise the cleaning of the lanai specifically where the damage occurred. It is our opinion that water caused drywall damage of the lanai ceiling. Specifically, falling chips of paint in the apex of the ceiling and a piece of tape underneath the paint. This damage occurred during their service, as I had looked over the area carefully beforehand since we recently purchased the home and I replaced light bulbs in the ceiling fan where the damage occurred days before. The damage was immediately noticeable to myself and my fiance when entering the lanai. As a side note, we spent an hour cleaning out the pool because the dirt and debris was washed right into the pool. To top it off, windows on the second floor were still dirty. They did a mediocre job cleaning, regardless of the damage. Repeated calls were made to the owner to resolve this situation, beginning with that day. He refused to accept responsibility for the paint damage during each conversation, stating that he could not understand how it could have happened since they know not to spray drywall because this can happen. An estimate for the repair was provided to the owner by a contractor who we trust. He estimated $150. The owner continued to attest that he did not understand how this could have happened. He refused to help pay for the damage despite claiming he is insured. You are much better off finding another power washing company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS: We recently hired Chris McLaughlin / Reliable Pressure Cleaning…read more(supposedly Chris purchased company from Gary?) to power wash then re-paint our driveway. Power washing went fine HOWEVER the painting most definitely did not. Sloppy work, globs of paint in the joints but MORE importantly, the paint bubbled up significantly then popped open after drying creating large pockets of the old surface exposed. We have reached out to Chris several times over the past 4 weeks since this happened and NOT ONCE has he bothered to return a phone call, email or text. We will be sure to notify any neighbors we see Chris working at of his poor workmanship... and especially his lack of concern/communication. Took the money and ran. Shame on you, Chris.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered great suggestions to make sure the job was done right. They replaced our French drain and completely sealed the new drain system so there would be no leaking. Ty also recommended adding a rock layer on top to help with proper drainage and long-term durability. Since the work was completed, the water now flows perfectly and the issue we were having is fully resolved. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and doing things the correct way, not just the quick way. We're extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Ty to anyone needing drainage or outdoor work done.

Watwood came out shortly after an estimate and did a day's worth of work, but when the first heavy raid came, my erosion problem was worse than before when Watwood did their work (see photos). Now, I am going to have to pay another landscape company nearly $3,000 to correct the problem caused by Watwood. I've contacted Watwood multiple times, and each time he would tell me he is coming out in the next few days, but he never shows. The owner and his staff were quietly personable, and I'm so disappointed at how they left me hanging, having to go to another company and pay for the work again. Based on my experience, I would tell any possible customers: buyer beware.
