The staff 'forgot' to call me back about the status of my request, so I reached back out to them. I was told that they "weren't interested in" accommodating my disability and they were "going to decline to participate in that". They wished me luck and hung up on me. All I wanted was an accommodation for my disability so that I can have dental care. This is how Dr. Cucci's office treated a patient with disabilities. Shameful.
