From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better service. Sue took what little information we gave her and she wrote an absolutely beautiful obituary, like she knew him from birth. Any request we brought up, she made come true. She made the display so beautiful, making sure she captured everything my son loved. She made our worst nightmare become an easy transition, well, as easy as it could've been. Sue and the rest of her team were so pleasant from the moment we walked in to the very end at the cemetery. I could not believe it. This was a total surprise and unexpected breakthrough. Here are some pointers about this cemetery. Blossom Hill Cemetery and Calvary Cemetery are the same. They are connected. Blossom Hill is Methodist and Calvary is Catholic. Christa McAulliffe is buried here. (Calvary) The sexton here assisted me in locating a grave. He opened up his file cards and pointed me in the right direction. The grounds here are just beautiful and they have a little pond and offer "perpetual care".

BFH arranged for an Honor Guard Internment at the Cemetary. It was something they suggested to the family and made all the arrangements. This was my first time attending a military service. I can't even describe how moving this was. I did not have enough tissues in my purse. When I was younger I attended a few funerals for WWII veterans. But this is the first time I've seen the Honor Guard in action with Taps on the bugle. Thank you BFH for taking the initiative to honor our veterans.

We entrusted them with handling the burial of his urn, only to be blindsided by a serious miscommunication that left us shocked and deeply hurt. Max, our point of contact, led us to believe that the existing casket vault at the gravesite would be opened for the urn. Instead, after the ceremony--already emotional and heavy--we were shown a small 2x2 hole. There had been no discussion beforehand about needing a separate urn vault, nor were we given that option. Because of this oversight, we had to take the urn home with us--an absolutely devastating turn of events that no grieving family should have to endure. To make matters worse, we are now forced to privately purchase an urn vault and pay for a second grave opening. Max did acknowledge this was his error, but unfortunately, the funeral home has refused to make it right. It's not about the money. It's about principle, respect, and basic human decency during an already painful time. We only used this funeral home because part of my dad's services were prepaid. If we had known what we were going to experience, we would have never chosen them. Having to "bury" him twice is something that will stay with us forever. Please consider our experience before entrusting them with your loved one's final arrangements.

I finally reached out to Cota & Cota, seeing that they offered plumbing services. They said they typically only provided those services to gas customers (we were buying from Bob's), but I told them we were desperate, so they agreed to help. They showed up within 24 hours every time I called (which was at least five times over one summer) to get patch work done. Eventually, we decided on doing a full pipe replacement. They completed that work in 48 hours, and they did so despite a low electrical current running through the pipes thanks to dome DIY wiring the previous owners did and decided not to tell us about. We still need a new filtration system to reduce the acidity of our well water, but we now have functional pipes (mostly plastic). As far as I'm concerned, this company saved our home, and we are forever grateful.

I hired this company to install my air conditioning system in June 2024. Unfortunately, the…read moreinstallation left an air leak in my HVAC panel that should not have been there. On May 22, 2026, the installer came to inspect the issue and confirmed that the leak was the result of the installation. He told me he would return to repair it. Since then, I've made repeated attempts to schedule the repair. Communication has been inconsistent, and getting a firm commitment has been extremely frustrating. He was supposed to come on Monday, but after I called to follow up, I was told he was camping and would come later that week. As of today, I still have not heard from him, and I have been unable to reach him. I understand that schedules can change, but two months of trying to get a confirmed repair date for an issue that was acknowledged by the installer is disappointing. I would have appreciated honest communication and timely follow-through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of accountability and customer service after the installation.
